Finding Bigfoot Season 3 Premiering Thursday, June 21

We haven't heard anything official from the network yet, but Cliff Barackman is reporting that season 3 of Finding Bigfoot will start premiering every Thursday at 10:00 p.m., beginning June 21.

We've been looking forward all year for the new season and this is the first unofficial announcement to surface. We're not sure about the source (www.clickthecity.com), so we're just throwing it out there.

Some locations we're expecting to see in this season's premiere episodes are: Sumatra, Vietnam, Australia, Vermont, Michigan, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Arizona.

    I think they will probably go somewhere and talk to a few people and then have a townhall meeting. They will then leave one castmember alone in the woods (except for the camera person) while the rest do something else. They will then all go into the woods at night with some lights on sticks and beat on trees and yell a few times. At some point, the idea will be floated that a bigfoot/sasquatch is in the area but we will not see it. In the end, Matt and Renae will have a play fight about who is right and Matt will add something else to the thousands of things we 'know' about bigfoot without ever having discovered one.

    Unless Animal Planet changes the schedule for next weeks programming, it won't be on next week. I looked ahead to next week on the Comcast guide and FB was nowhere to be seen.

    I'm sure they will have a Pre-Premiere marathon of last season before Season 3 starts. They always do that.

    Most of the places they've chosen are less than impressive. Arizona? Louisiana? Vermont? Michigan? Australia I can understand and pretty excited about it although I "know" they've not found "proof" of the existence or we'd already know.


    They really should've picked other states like California, Oregon, Washington, West Virginia.

    Just my opinion.

      Agreed, no squatch east of the Rockies. Stay in the Pac NW for best chances.

      Plus, they need to get their fat asses up in the wilderness and away from the roads. Dark Divide in WA State comes to mind...do it old school on horseback.

      Matt can be flown in by helicopter if isn't up for trip.

      Honestly, how many more times are you going to post that? Just because you say it over and over doesn't make it true. Now, while I'll agree that Washington Oregon and California may be good areas. You are sellink Kentucky and West Virginia and even Virginia way short. One of the best eyewitness accounts EVER was told by a man who witnessed two in West Virginia. Got to YouTube and listen to it. TeamYin uploaded it, its the West Virginia story. You'll be impressed.       I'm featured in an upcoming episode ... It's in a relatively tiny area in OK City. But very isolated. I've had several encounters. Only one true sighting. But i was only 12 foot away. My late wife was only 5ft. away. But have had rocks thrown and other interesting things happen. Its an area I've kayaked for 20+ years.

BREAKING: Finding Bigfoot Production Company Seeks Filming Permit In Virginia

Rumors abound on whether or not Finding Bigfoot will continue, but hopeful news is on the horizon. Snake Oil Productions, the production company responsible for Finding Bigfoot, is seeking a permit for filming in the Monterey, Virginia area. Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. We can only speculate if this means Finding Bigfoot has been signed on for additional seasons, or if perhaps a new bigfoot show is in the works. We'll keep you updated on any further announcements for sure.

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. This story was so disturbing and so shocking that nobody believed it at the time. It was the Robert Lindsay " Bear Hunter: Two Bigfoots Shot and DNA Samples Taken " story of the time. And like Robert's Bear Hunter story , this witness didn't have a name. The only thing known about the witness is that this person was a government employee, anonymous of course. The author of the story was a science teacher named Thom Powell who believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up. Powell said the anonymous government employee alerted the BFRO about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns".
