This story of oil rig workers having an encounter with a bigfoot comes from the Christopher L. Murphy book, "Sasquatch in British Columbia".

This video has been making the rounds lately, posted by a woman claiming to have witnessed two bigfoot while turkey hunting. Randy Filipovic posted this zoomed and stabilized version of the video. I believe all questions have been answered at this point.

This is a strange story told by Norma Cobb in her book "Arctic Homestead". The story originates from Alaska, and tells of a woman who was captured by bigfoot, and taken to their home to take care of a young bigfoot that was sick.

Here it is, folks. Out of 293 people who have taken the poll, it looks like the majority (73 percent) are certain that the Turkey Hunter footage does not show a Bigfoot. The footage is grainy as heck, so who knows for sure, right? The most puzzling result is why anyone would think the footage shows a turkey walking with a deer kill. Come on, people. Really? Australian Yowie researcher Jason H. has found some strange occurrences lately. This latest is a hand print, or a claw print of some sort on a palm tree. Check it out:

M.K. Davis is a professional when it comes to analyzing grainy footage like the Patterson-Gimlin footage. What he revealed in the Turkey Hunter video is quite mind-blowing. The picture above is an enhanced view and it does not look like a Bigfoot at all. As Davis explains:

Tens of thousands of people were left without power after a super cell swept across south-east Queensland yesterday. This global warming/cooling (take your pick) thing is in full swing in Australia with hail the size golf balls! This Australian man gets stuck in the middle of it and he's hilarious!

Lenny with Rowdy Kelley and crew return to Bluff Creek for the filming of this song written in tribute to not only Roger and Bob, but of the being known as "Patty" they discovered back in 1967. The song ponders the question... "wonder whatever became of her"? "This music video was shot entirely in the Bluff Creek basin and is about its most famous inhabitant "Patty". It has some never before seen aerial footage of the Patterson/Gimlin site. The chances of seeing a bigfoot in this video are probably better then most. Please watch in HD," writes Rowdy.

While most Bigfoot reports are short and usually non-descriptive, this report from 2005 is one of our favorites. It happened during a hiking trip from Wright's Lake to Enchanted Pools. The witness is ex-military (having had training as a sniper) he gives one of the most startling details of an encounter with Bigfoot, ever. His story is below:

Wow! This is flipping hair-raising. If this woman is telling the truth, this could be the very first footage of Bigfoot carrying deer carcass away. We've heard many reports from hunters who'd witnessed this, but there's never been any actual footage. Check out the raw video below:

Wadsworth, OH In August of 1978 a small town in eastern Ohio was thrust into the spotlight when a local family sighted a “monster” in the woods behind their home. Over subsequent evenings they were repeatedly visited by the creature culminating in a late-night encounter that ended in local police being called in. The story blasted onto the front pages of newspapers across the state and into the consciousness of a nation. For weeks police, news crews, and scores of hunters descended on the town of Minerva with one common goal; to find the beast.

A Florida woman claims that she nearly hit a bigfoot with her car while driving through the Myakka River State Park on Florida State Road 72. When describing the creature, she claimed it was "as wide as my momma's Dodge". We're not sure how wide that is, but we're guessing it's pretty big.

A New Jersey man is dead after not heeding the warnings of fellow hikers about a bear in the area. Before the attack occurred the man was able to take several photos of the bear with his cell phone, which have now been released to the public.

Back in August, Daniel Falconer and Phil Poling co-authored the paper " A Critical Examination of the Todd Standing Sylvanic Bigfoot Video s". In great detail, the two guys examined the "blinking Bigfoot" footage. The paper posed serious blow to most of Standing's claim that he filmed a live Bigfoot. On Tuesday, Dr. Jeff Meldrum published his own critical examination and blasted the Falconer/Poling paper, saying he's "not convinced by their arguments that these are definitely hoaxed". This morning, Poling offered this update on the matter:

Deep-sea anglerfish are strange and elusive creatures that are very rarely observed in their natural habitat. Fewer than half a dozen have ever been captured on film or video by deep diving research vehicles. This little angler, about 9 cm long, is named Melanocetus. It is also known as the Black Seadevil and it lives in the deep dark waters of the Monterey Canyon. MBARI's ROV Doc Ricketts observed this anglerfish for the first time at 600 m on a midwater research expedition in November 2014. Scientists believe that this is the first video footage ever made of this species alive and at depth.

I don't know anything about art, but I can tell what's beautiful when I see it. RoyBoy Menzies calls this the "Alaska Hairyman". "A beat-up, scarred bigfoot shows evidence of battling brown bears! I had fun with this illustration! Enjoy!" he writes.

Earlier this week, Henry May posted an "open letter" urging Dr. Jeff Meldrum to disassociate himself from Todd Standing. Meldrum has his reasons to trust Standing, and posted an official response to Standing's " Blinking Bigfoot " footage. Todd Neiss, a really well-known researcher in the community, has written a message to Meldrum, and it sounds very serious. He writes this on behalf of the Bigfoot community:

This is something Dred Funn hasn't done before, and he hopes to do more of it. The Bigfoots out into the autumn sunset and things are looking peaceful.

Well. Here it is, folks. An official response from Dr. Jeff Meldrum to critics of Todd Standing and his blinking Bigfoot video. Not only does Meldrum breaks down the winking/blinking, he also breaks down the notion that Todd Standing was the man behind the mask. It's very thorough and it's hot off the press. Enjoy!

It's almost that time of year again, and it's definitely time to give thanks. YouTuber/Bigfooter Felix Thecat posted this turkey video of what he believes was a gift from the "forest people" to him.

As everyone knows by now, Todd Standing is attempting to raise funds via Kickstarter to fund his documentary, Bigfoot North, and apparently research for the next year, which he claims will allow him to prove the existence of bigfoot once and for all.

In June 5, 2001, Art Bell had Todd Standing on the line during the his show, Coast to Coast AM. The two were joined by a hunter identified under the name "Bugs" who recounted his experience shooting two Bigfoot over 30 years ago in Texas. Bugs, along with two other hunters, encountered two 7-8 ft. tall creatures, covered in reddish brown hair, that they shot at numerous times, thinking they were bears. After the creatures were killed they discovered they had shot one female and one male. I had "never seen nothing on this Earth that looked like them," said Bugs, who described the pair as being a cross between human and ape. Not wanting to be held responsible for the shootings, the hunters decided to cover-up the incident by burying the creatures. At the end of the interview, you can clearly hear it in Standing's voice that he was extremely distraught by the hunter's story. You can listen to Standing at the 9 minute mark:

Take a good look at that creature above. Does that look like a costume to you? Roger Patterson filmed the creature as it was walking away. This was in 1967. Some people believe Patterson may have hoaxed the footage. One person has came forward and claims to have proof that it was a hoax. Patterson allegedly has a diary, and some how this person got a hold of it. Is this person tell the truth? Or is this person another attention seeker? Henry May explains:

Has Dr. Jeff Meldrum fallen from grace? From the sounds of things, it certainly seems that way. Things have been bothering Henry May enough that he posted this open letter to Dr. Meldrum urging the good doctor to disassociate from Todd Standing. Though May believes Standing has a legit location, he maintains that Standing is a hoaxer.

Wow! Idaho Bigfoot researcher Jen N. just shared this photograph on Facebook . There's really no other explanation for this except that it was thrown by a massive creature with hands and the upper-body strength of Hercules. "Ok guys, check this out. This is at our spot near Boise we believe to be a nursery. Try having THIS thrown at ya!" wrote Jen.
