Arizona Bigfoot Researcher talks about his experience with a Russian sounding Bigfoot

We've heard about Bigfoots sounding like Samurais, but we have never heard about ones that sound Russian.

After finding a big footprint in a new research area, Arizona Bigfoot researcher, Mitch Waite, decided to look for a place to setup his trail cams. Just as he was setting up his cameras, he heard these words coming from the bushes: "babushk... babushk..."

A few weeks later, Mitch looked up a video of Bigfoot language expert, R. Scott Nelson and learned that the word "babushk" actually means "food".

The video below is Mitch talking about his encounter.

Below is the famous 'Samurai Chatter' from the 'Sierra Sounds' audio:

This recording was obtained in a remote part of the Sierra Nevada Mountains in California. Ron can be heard imitating one of the Bigfoots/Sasquatch's to encourage it to keep making vocalization sounds.

  1. So there's a Bigfoot language expert yet we can't seem to get a decent picture? Hmmm, yeah that pretty much is the silliest thing I've heard in a long time.

  2. Shawn is it just me or have been posting evidence secured by the wackiest bunch of researchers in the Bigfoot community lately ? This does not make us look good posting all the Koo Koo Birds videos, and Susan Farns website as been a real nest of them. I hope your able to find some decent stuff soon buddy !

  3. Shawn do you just hate Bigfoot?

  4. R Scott Nelson for those who do not know is a linguistic expert, having worked in Naval intelligence deciphering cryptic coding involving communication. He is currently trying to establish a Bigfoot phonetic alphabet mostly on the Morehead tapes. I would suggest anyone interested to research his work, which is in the least, groundbreaking. Bigfoots appear to speak in short mono syllable words that are spoken at twice the speed of humans, and in some frequency ranges that humans duplicate. I also recommend to anyone interested to get the Sierra Sounds tape(s), as they are by far the best sounds coming from Sasquatches I have heard, and are very remarkable. This is my opinion.

  5. Since I was talking about Bigfoot recordings, another guy who is doing some very good work is Stan Courtney over in Illinois, who has his own web site. It is best to use a good pair of headphones. Another guy who is developing unique sound recording techniques that can be hidden is William Draginis over in Virginia.

  6. Everyone says Scott Nelson's work proves BF has a language but he is basing that on the Sierra recordings and who says that is verified as a SaS ?

  7. What is the point of the film? Are we to believe that we are looking at a still photo? Is this place a natural echo location or is that studio sound? More sadly lacking credible evidence.

  8. On expeditions into this very area I have heard the Sasquatch sing from the safety of my high hide. There's is a low, ominous song sounding much like the March of the Winkies or the chorus from Gram Rabbit's Dirty Horses. I was happy to have my Walther strapped to my ankle on that night, I can tell you.

I have no desire to harm a Sasquatch, mind you, but I would like to capture and display one, as outline in my published work titled, "Animals on Display: why wild beasts are happier in captivity."

I cannot dismiss Mr. Waite's account out of hand. When I was a child I was suckled by my Polish nanny, Mrs. PierÅ›. At feeding time she would say " "Babushk, przyrodnik, babushk!" and I would come running.

Although Mr. PierÅ› was Polish, it is well known that Poles and Russians have always been good neighbors and share many of the same values. Poland is known as "Little Russia" in some circles.

I hope you have enjoyed learning from this lesson as much as I have from teaching it.

  9. That Samurai audio is something I keep on my computer and when I'm having a miserable day, I put it on and I laugh so hard, I nearly fall off my work seat. I still can't listen to it with a straight face. Reminds me of the WWII Japanese dude that showed up on Gilligan's Island. So far as the Babushta thing or whatever--I do believe language is surely used by them, but whether what he heard was that, no one will ever know. It's like pareidolia for the ears. I was curious why he didn't show what was on the trap cameras if they were aimed at the food and the trees the food were in, supposedly fell down. Should have captured that.

  10. I think Mitch Waite's childhood story, of how he was rescued by a Bigfoot, or as he described a "big hairy arm" when he fell into a frozen stream where he grew up in the Snowflake area of Arizona. He said it was a part of the reason he still looks. He didn't get to thank the "arm" as the hairy creature dissapearred intot he woods and he ran home. If these animals can show that kind of compassion maybe they are not animals at all.

  11. In case anyone was wondering about the Naturalist's nonsensical posts, my guess is that he is a TBI patient.

  12. To Autumforest. I remember that episode on Gilligan's Island and it was funny. The Morehead tapes remind me of John Belushi's samurai character in the SNL of the mid to late 70's. I think thats why they describe the sound as samurai chatter. Morehead's recordings were several years before Belushi's character. Also quite a few other people have have also heard the same type of speech.

To Anon. This is the first I have heard of Mitch Waite's bigfoot rescue. This is why I like coming to this blog. This is not the first encounter I have heard of a Bigfoot rescue and I agree about the compassion. Snowflake Arizona is also where the famous Travis Walton UFO abduction took place, unrelated I'm sure.

  13. Fascinating that he's getting Russian language there. If he's reading these comments, he should speak to the sasquatch and say "kak dela" which means how are you in Russian. If he gets a "hara shoo" then he knows that he was understood. Good luck Mitch.

I speak Spanish to them where I reside in the southeast. I've gotten responses (recorded) in Spanish and have gotten reactions (appropriate) from them in Cherokee as well. These are a people and can readily communicate. For those who doubt it, you just haven't been there. What can we say? Good luck Mitch. Treat them with respect as a people and you'll gain the full reward of an incredible lifetime experience. I'd lose the cameras...they won't work and it would be a positive gesture if you truly want to further the interaction.

  14. Fascinating is that so many fall for this story Teller/Hoaxer. He makes prints from his back yard, he cast bear paws and calls them a Bigfoot "O" sorry a Mogollon Monster.

  15. So Bigfoot is the master of multiple languages of our enemies Japan and Russia and they live in our backyards! Spies I say!

Second choice they are multilingual and are highly intelligent since we can't find them. So the thing that pisses me off why are these things out in the woods hiding. Get a job you lazy beasts!!!!

  16. Sometimes, I wonder if they try to imitate sounds they've heard from TV's.There have been reports of Bigfoot beings lurking around houses at night, trying to glimpse in windows. Sound carries and I've often wondered if they try to mimic such? This really sounds like something I've heard on tv. Very interesting.

  17. Probably dubbed from a tv audio into this video. Honestly how many people are listening to Samurai and Russian tv shows. I mean if we ran out screaming cookie from the forest like cookie monster I would understand.

  18. @Alphadog

HAHAHAHAHAAHA!!!! Saying that because someone worked in code breaking in the military means they are a qualified linguist is like saying because I am a linguist i can break codes! it's just nonsensical malarky that "sounds" good. It is the WORST KIND OF ILLOGICAL GIBBERISH"

You cannot make ANY kind of guess on a complete language for ANYTHING based on a tape of random sounds like that. You do understand that it took the Rosetta Stone for us to translate heiroglyphics right? and that without the ancient greek , that we knew, being listed as a translation we would still probably be in the dark.

You are perpetuating "woo" with bad science, bad statements and awful conclusions and attempting to put them out there as truth. Evidence sir. Evidence. You have none. I was in multiple launch rocket systems in the army, that must mean I'm an expert at modern rocketry then eh? hahahahaha!!

Folks, people like these are why Bigfootery is a laughing stock. Run the crazies , the con artists and the hucksters off. Remove their opinions from discussion. Do not be sucked in by "pseudo-scientific double speak " sure it sounds good, it reminds you of old science classes you once took. But it's biased, unscientific and wrong. Demand nothing but 100% verifiable evidence. You wouldn't accept that your boss paid you correctly cuz he told you so would you? " naw man, you got all the money for the week, it's all goood.." You wouldn't double check your balance? please........

  19. To Nick B. I guess you did not do the research on R Scott Nelson that I suggested. Nowhere did I say that Mr. Nelson knew Bigfoot language and if you listen to his interviews or read his research papers, he will be the first to tell you he does not know their language, only that he is certain they do have one. He will tell you they have a language and he is only trying to cipher phonetic sounds that make up any language, much as the Japanese tried to do to our Navajo Code talkers in WWII, and failed to do.

I guess if you had done this it could have saved you some time ranting the nonsense you did above.

  20. You said Bigfoot language expert. But he isn't an expert. He's a dipshit who thinks he can cobble together something (from an animal that isn't even shown to exist).

Yeah, good luck with that. I am an alien language expert.

  21. To NickB. Nowhere did I say Bigfoot language expert. All I have written is in the blogs above, for all to see. Since you are an alien language expert, then you already know what I am thinking since we communicate in telepathy.

  22. Also to Nick B. He is an expert in his field or the Navy spent mucho bucks in supporting his silly ass for 30 years. I contend that he is doing groundbreaking work in a field of Bigfoot research that has never been done before to my knowledge. This animal that has not been shown to exist is due to the lack of research and due diligence by the academic, who throw nothing except ridicule upon us who strive to bring some semblance of reality to this whole project.
I implore you to see what you truly want to see.

  24. No this animal hasn't bee proven to exist because there is no evidence to support it's existence. Scientists don't have the time to go chasing after anecdotes all day long. If someone will present evidence, then perhaps real science will get involved.

My bad, btw, it was the article that called him a bigfoot language expert. still ridiculous statement.

  25. Codebreaking and learning foriegn languages doesn't make one an expert in interpeting primitive languages. It doesn't. Not by a long shot. you would have to be a highly experienced anthropological linguist to be qualified to do as much.

    ReplyDelete
  26. The gentleman in the video made reference to a linguist at Akota, OK but I'm pretty sure he meant Atoka, OK.
As NickB stated previously, pretty darn silly.
That reminded me of a trivia question on 'Finding Bigfoot' about it being true that porcupines do indeed eat Bigfoot bones. How do we know that if Bigfoot hasn't been proven to exist, as of right now?
