Someone overheard this on a bus in Seattle...

Nearly 4 out of 10 Washington residents believe it's possible that Sasquatch exists, and 13 percent say they've either seen one or know someone who has, according to a 2011 poll.
"Bigfoot. I seen 3 of them at one time in Oregon. 1979. The smell too. Smelled like dead bodies. I took its what they smelled like. #358metro #seattle #overheard"

We were quite amused when someone from this morning tweeted about what they overheard on 358 Metro, the worst bus line in Seattle. 358 changes so many lives daily that it has its own special tumblr blog all about what people overheard on the bus.

Below is  Rox the 358 Tumblr description:
Aurora Avenue. The neon. The glitter. The sweatpants. The cigarettes. They say the 358 changes lives. Each and every day, right up the gut of Seattle’s seedy Northern overbelly with many products of its fame aboard. "Rox the 358" is collection of overheards from worst bus line in Seattle. Day in and day out, I ride this fat Seattle Metro lemon and squeeze out some semblance of lemonade for us all to share. It may not be pretty. It may not smell good. But hey, it tastes alright. twitter.com/roxthe358

  1. How is it possible to have thousands and thousands of bigfoot sightings and have no biological proof? I would think that the belief would grow tiresome at some point.

  2. Anon - anyone who looks deeply discovers there has bee and is biological evidence including bodies)....but no, a living BF has not agreed to be intimately studied or photographed.

  3. Haha. I love this posting people's conversations--what a brilliant idea. I'd love to do candid shots in my local Barnes and Noble Starbucks because there are some extreme geeks from punk rock to hipsters to quirky elderly professor types. Great idea. Anyone who's hiked in the Cascades knows there is absolutely no doubt that land is not man's. It belongs to something quite elemental and as old as time.

  5. Untie the knot in your shorts, Mr. No- Name (above). Enjoy yourself occasionally and indulge in the BF culture. You might actually loosen enough to be allowed to play with the other kiddie's toys on the playground.

  6. Entertain yourself... Some of us stop here to actually see some realistic news, not to read Globe or Enquirer articles, or "filler crap, like this article. If this website is a legitimate source, as seems to portray itself to be; & not a satirical source like the "Onion", or the fabricating ones I just mentioned. Then I offer that it would be wise to retain credibility here... if nothing, but to keep the ones who really want to know the news, & not a bunch of fluff.
I enjoy a bit of satire & funny stuff.I did not expect it to be here. To me, your comment above is as hilarious as the article. If ya wanna talk serious about what is hoax,or not hoax, & learn real info, & have people take what "you" say as a reasonable critic... perhaps not spouting off here & getting out in the woods & doing a bit of research on your own would be a good idea. BTW..Anyone can sit around a website & be a "hanger-on.
I do not need to be "anonymous"... I gave a reasonable point of view, since I expected more here at this website. Perhaps that is my mistake.
IF I decide to comment again, on another article that has some reasonable info, but not this one, since it is B.S. filler. I will do so. Until then, Enjoy the funny crap.

  7. Seems it's always the Anons who have the biggest "set".

I tend to think of them as gutless.

If they would leave their names we could consult them on every article. After all, we are obviously here to please them and them alone.

    So, lets make a note:

One off topic article per 1000 is unacceptable. OK, got it!

All sarcasm aside, I know Shawn is too nice to say it, so I will.

Don't let the door hit you on the way out!

Now I've lost my place in the article about the hybrid baby born of an Earth woman and a Venusian something. I was just getting to the good part.

What a great story. If I were you, I would get in touch with Shawn at this blog, and give him the account all over and let him post it as a story. Not everyone comes back to read the older posts. If he did a post on it, Im sure there would be a lot of people that would offer assistance. A lot of good people post on this blog.
