Matt Moneymaker hints at Finding Bigfoot in Australia and other parts of the world for Season 3 [Video]
Sorry to steal your thunder Ranae, but someone else has already beaten you to it. At Comic Con New York 2011, Matt Moneymaker was interviewed by Silver Cheese TV host Mike Gambino about what to expect in future episodes of Finding Bigfoot. Matt Moneymaker couldn't help himself during the interview and started to talk about the places he would want to go if they were to go international.
"We were talking about that yesterday, where we would go outside the U.S. and Canada if we had the chance. And probably the first place we would go is to Australia. They have people seeing them down there. And then Russia is having something going on down there. But we'll probably be going to Australia, Russia, and then China. Maybe not in the next few months, but season 3," Matt said.
What Matt said during the interview is consistent with what one Anonymous commenter said in an earlier post about Ranae Holland's "Big news" announcement. As always, take this with a grain of salt:
I actually know what it is and will spill the beans.
They are going the "Ghost Hunters" route and adding additional versions of the show. They are going to do an "International" team and they are splitting up the crews and going to do two new shows per week one out east and one in the west. They are already shooting the International version and is was not well kept.
They are announcing this and the fact they are slapping the "Finding Bigfoot" and "BFRO Approved" on a line of Columbia camping products. It is HUGE HUGE HUGE news for those who are on the show- Cliff goes from being a divorced teacher who looked for BigFoot on weekends to a wealthy celebrity- this really changes all of their lives in ways they never thought.
The President of AP should really get an award because the shows costs nothing to make and has been huge.
For the rest of us its no so big news although we are happy for them.
...
The "big news" can be verified as because there will be filming in China the State Dept has to be informed so the paperwork is there. They were also looking for European Bigfoot Hunters to be in the show that will "sell" to american audiences. It will be a European researcher and doctor and an American researcher and Doctor. They wanted Bindernagel but he demanded alot of money- 4 times scale- when they only pay scale. They may try a rotating crew with rumored names being Dr. Meldrum Dr. Sarmiento, and others. The European hunter on the Yeti monsterquest and oreng penduck "Is it Real" will be the European doctor. Actor Patrick Macnee (dr. in the movie "The Howling") will also play a role and wanted to be in the field but he is 89 and everyone rethought that because of the dangers of falling. He hosted and hosts all the paranormal shows in England.

Please just keep it real and authentic and don"t go the way of Ghost Hunters and their hoaxes and you'll be alright. This will continue to bring more and more attention to the species. The best thing now for the FB show is for Ketchum and Erickson can do their part and deliver their goods. Ratings would go through the roof if DNA evidence identified an unknown species. This all reminds me of the race to the moon.
ReplyDeleteDuhhhh...MM is an idiot
ReplyDeleteWe can only hope they take this crew across the ocean and away, for all future episodes, far, far away.
ReplyDeleteI would pick Hawaii - Kona Foot, Tahiti Coco Foot, New Zealand Troll foot, Japan Anime foot, India Bengal foot, Italy Olive foot......sure, go around the world looking..sounds like a great plan if ratings allow the budget. My suggestion, find one here first...then go elsewhere.

I would like to see them in Alberta and Canada more. The province has had plenty of sightings, not just around the Rockies, but also in the forests to the north.
ReplyDeleteHopefully they keep it real and don't go over the top.
I agree sasquaination, more canadian episodes. I know they filmed in "the deep hidden secret area of sylvanic", I guess we will have to wait on that one to pass judgemnt.
ReplyDeleteThe one I don't get is why they haven't gone to golden ears provincial park. It has been spoken of on this blog numourous times as an "active" site. Doesn't make sense?
Why are people involved in the paranormal so fat?
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to imagine someone getting up for an early morning workout; stretching, weights, cardio and then spending the remainder of their day pretending like there's a a giant ape living in a temperate forest.
I guess I just answered my own question.
The real truth behind UFOs, Bigfoot and ghosts is: fat people make stuff up because they are lonely and need attention.
Stop doing that, fat people!
The anonymous person quoted as a comment to Ranae's Tweet sounds alot like Robert Lindsey. It bears one of his hallmarks: It's all completely made up. There's nothing truthful to it at all. There's no honest confusion going on either. The anonymous commenter (likely Lindsey) didn't get some secret update from some inside source ... just like he didn't have an inside source on the Erickson project either. He just dreamed it all up -- sensational fiction dreamed up by a person who obviously has practice in fabricating bogus news from whole cloth.
ReplyDeleteThe BFRO has no deal with Columbia sportswear, neither does AP. There is no international episode being taped right now. There is no plan to make parallel shows (ala Ghost Hunters). There is no plan to bring in a European either. There was never even any talk about any of these things ...
Who is making this stuff up???
The post above is really something to behold. A anonymous post that sounds to me, alot like Matt Moneymaker. This opinion is based on the fact it incorporates references to a lesson in defamation law written by the esteemed Mr. Lindsey.
ReplyDeleteRegardless of who the poster actually is, it is clear this person feels threatened by Robert Lindsey.
Just what "is no plan to bring in a European either" in reference to???
Can't wait to see the Australian episode and if they find our Bigfoot which we call the Yowie.
