William Jevning needs your help in uncovering government conspiracy to cover-up Bigfoot [Video]

 William Jevning
Author of "Notes From the Field, Tracking North America's Sasquatch"

38 year veteran sasquatch investigator and author of "Notes From the Field, Tracking North America's Sasquatch" William Jevning has been busy gathering evidence for what he believes to be a deliberate government cover-up of Bigfoot. So far, he has collected information from different groups around the world, even as far away as Russia. William says the business of covering up Bigfoot evidence seems to be more common than he ever would have imagined.

While he continues his investigation, he needs your help if there is any information you would like to share. Here's his email adress: williamjevning@yahoo.com.

Below is a TV news interview about a retired Forestry Service Ranger who says there's more going on than what we know:

  1. Uhh right...

And of course there was all that government cover up concerning mountain gorillas because, well, you know, it umm... might scare people and stuff...

And then there's all the ancient/recent alien stuff to be covered up because... well because its too darn hard to present your evidence to an independent, bona fide source because... well, because they're all in cahoots with THE government, and well of course there's NO money to be made by actually having real indisputable evidence...

If YOU have the evidence, PRESENT it today to CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, The National Review, The NY Times...

You will be rich and famous by 6:00 o'clock this evening.

If you want to be taken seriously, STOP making outrageous claims as to DNA evidence, photographic and video evidence, first person 'evidence' and wandering in the woods "hooting" evidence...

PRESENT your proof to an accredited, bona fide institution. STOP dealing with the Doctor no one has ever heard of, institutes peopled with 'true believers', TV shows where 4 idiots bumble around the forest at night, and most of all, STOP with the Bigfoot "experts". There are NONE.

Take your DNA evidence to the National Human Genome Research Institute or a nationally known University, take your video evidence to a nationally known center or institute that understands and deals with video. Keep your blurry bear pictures in your camera.

Most of all, STOP drinking the Bigfoot Kool-Aid until someone actually presents evidence that can't be disputed because its been subjected to unbiased, scientific study.

  2. Wow, you sure know a lot about all the goings on in the Bigfoot world for someone who thinks there is nothing to the Bigfoot phenomena. That's what this guy is saying DB. Evidence has been taken to "proper authorities and has disappeared or flat out been destroyed". That's why this is having to be done independently.

    ReplyDelete
  3. Not a big leap, to believe this if you accept Bigfoot as real...it makes sense actually.

Robert Lyle Laverty (a Forestry college fresh-out working his first summer with the Forest Service timber 'marking for sale' group) who visited the PG film site and photographed the tracks that weekend, rose to Assistant Secretary of the Interior without apparently ever investigating the Sasquatch phenomenon.

And through the years, did not provide a meaningful venue for citizens (often traumatized - by the event and eventual ridicule and disbelief) to report their sightings, or educate themselves about Sasquatches.

I feel like it is a failure of my Government to serve me. Oh well..

On the other hand, if there is an "official cover-up" what is our justification for "uncovering" it?

Hard to imagine Sasquatches are a real subject of National Security and International Relations...or are they?

The only really effective way to control Executive branch agencies is via legislation..so? We go to our congressman!

    Not exactly, consider this:

The Dr. Watson, PhD (Nobel Prize)in his book, "DNA, just trashes an elected official, to gain an edge in an unrelated heated political fight during the 'cloning wars."

He obtained a letter the guy wrote (as an elected official) to a public agency (who sent that over I wonder?) asking them to look into his genuinely concerned constituents claims of a Giant Hairyman, unclothed, roaming about the area.

Dr. Watson succeeded in silencing the man by humiliating him with that request...his support caved because he was so "gullible." And on it goes....

Legislators won't be our advocate, or the Hairyman's unless, what?

Do we organize and present our work in a single large body of evidence...and cover them with paper? Where just the sheer amount of reliable (albeit not-peer-reviewed) data must be acknowledged?

Ugh..not nearly as fun as running around the forest!...or making reality TV shows is it? And certainly no hope for fame or fortune...

it seems quite a stacked deck against the poor fellows..

    Bigfoots I mean...

  5. I'm with kevinflynn56 on this. And to anonymous who was upset with kevinflynn56's breakdown: How do you know he isn't familiar with the "bigfoot world"?

I'm very familiar with the bigfoot world. Unfortunately, the more I know, the less I believe, especially after the DNA study seems to have gone kaput.

The burden of proof is on bigfoot believers to prove the existence of bigfoot. Claiming the government is hiding evidence is about the worst move the bigfoot community could make to prove the existence of this creature. My jaw literally dropped open when I saw the title of this blog.

  6. "Evidence has been taken to proper authorities and has disappeared or flat out been destroyed".

    Really?

How then would YOU know about it?

Such a convenient excuse; You don't have to show or prove anything, you just scream cover-up which then authenticates any assertions you make...

How about citing your sources on this cover up and the 'proper authorities' the evidence was given to...

Did these secret authorities buy off the NY Times and every other reputable news agency in the US?

How do you explain the viral reaction across the planet concerning the Georgia Bigfoot which was later found to be a hoax?

Or was that one that slipped by?

Do all news agencies in the US have to contact the 'authorities' before they produce a story?

Blaming the government or some vast undercover group is the last refuge of scoundrels and flimflam men.

Present your evidence or shut up.

  8. Oh Yeah!

There's your evidence — a radio interview where someone talks about a Government cover up...

Hey Anonymous, why don't you and William take your indisputable evidence of Bigfoot AND the Government cover up of it to the NY Times instead of blogtalkradio.com?

Here's the NYT phone number: 1‑888‑698‑6397

    Here's an email address: news-tips@nytimes.com

Here's the e-mail address of Arthur Sulzberger Jr., Chairman & Publisher: publisher@nytimes.com

    Here's the e-mail address of Scott H. Heekin-Canedy, President & General Manager: president@nytimes.com

I realize the NYT may not have the history, bona fides or reputation of Blogtalkradio.com but it would be a start... (unless of course they are part of that dang vast government conspiracy)...

  9. Fundyland and Kevin, one question,

How would the government benifit from the knowlage of new sub-human species?

Not just a simple answer please. Explain politically, ecologically, and economically.

I am opened minded. I really find it hard to stay on the fence. I really want to believe in the big guy, but have to remain as skeptical as I can.
Which is very hard for me.

So give me some insight into your profound skeptism.

  10. @KV66 & AIFL Although I generally don't buy into conspiracy theories the Bigfoot Phenomena forces any believer or disbeliever into accepting one of two conspiracy theories.

    1) Bigfoot is real. The government most probably knows of it's existence on some level. There are several economic, social, and biological realities that the government would rather not face if the existence of bigfoot was brought to light. I don't care to go at length about what those realities might be but one can connect the dot, especially concerning the economic realities.

    2) Bigfoot is fake. Given the tens of thousands of eyewitness reports and thousands of tracks cast this scenario requires an extensive and consistent network of hoaxers dating back to pre-Columbus times up to the present (many native Americans take for granted the question of is Bigfoot real- it's simply part of their natural world). The trackers would have to be careful to distribute their sizes of tracks in the bimodal data set we see (one smaller cluster of sizes, female and a larger, male). Trackers must have good knowledge of hominid anatomy (dermal ridges and midtarsal break). Eyewitness hoaxers must risk being shot at by hunters and private property owners. Extensive training required to move efficiently, in an unnatural pattern of locomotion and quickly in bulky suits. Consistent species behavior is required (tree peeking, knocking, call repertoire). Visual hoaxers need to be especially tall, large, athletic and be able to disappear quickly. Essentially they need special ops training. This multigenerational network of hoaxers must work in secret, at great risk, and must never reveal their existence. And, most importantly, this network of hoaxers must do so at no financial profit- simply for shits and giggles at our expense.

Now ask yourself, in all honesty, which conspiracy is more likely- the one w/a strong economic motive (government knows) or the one w/ no possible economic benefit at great risk (network of hoaxers).

Any ardent skeptic/disbeliever must eventually have to find a way to defend the network of hoaxers conspiracy theory.

Many of the greatest discoveries in the natural world have, essentially, proven our species enduring arrogance. The earth is not the center of the solar system. Our solar system is not special. Life on other planets may be more common than we thought. Humans are not made in the image of God, but are simply another animal. Humans are apes. We share most of our genetic info with other vertebrates. Our genome is not the largest or most complicated. ..... Homo sapiens is not the only hominid on the planet?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

    ReplyDelete
  11. Awesome Sciatic! Thanks for elaborating on my simple question. Like you said, the reasons for "cover-up" are so simple to figure out on an economic level.

I dont like the wording "cover-up", because I dont know if i would classify it completely as a conspirey(if bigfoots real). More like, we cant keep it hidden forever, eventually it will get out, so bfore it does, lets get a plan together first......

  12. Benefit?

    You tell me.

Do you think the US government has the capacity to suppress EVERY piece of 'real' BF evidence and the ability to STOP the media from investigating what would surely be The Story of the Century?

The same Government that couldn't stop 9-11, or win a war against people who didn't even own a plane?

The same government that couldn't stop Wikileaks from divulging Top Secret US Military and Embassy documents?

Do people think the Government would make a secret army of BigFoots?

If BF is out there it's a primate. It would be amazing but I doubt civilization would topple. All the 'wishing' it true is exactly how religion got started. The reward is always just out of reach.

Be skeptical until 60 Minutes runs a segment on a piece of bone, tooth, hair or scat, that has been put through the scientific process by real, accredited experts in those fields and the findings show that an unknown primate exists in North America.

Until then its all bullsh*t and hot air from carnival barkers.

    ReplyDelete
  13. @KF56 That's part of the problem "real accredited experts" won't attach their name to bigfoot in fear of losing their "scientific" reputation.

But IMO the scientific community as a whole has not performed DUE DILIGENCE on the bigfoot phenomena. So we are left w/ less than ideal people in the field trying to document this thing- whether it be real or not.

Take a look at the guy who just won the Noble Prize in chemistry- he had to go against the popular opinion of his peers.

Real or fake, scientists have not given the bigfoot phenomena DUE DILIGENCE!!!

    ReplyDelete
  14. The reason the scientific community hasn't performed 'due diligence' is because there isn't any to do. Where would they start?

    There is NO proof.

Even though BF has been reported from coast to coast, large primates don't exist ANYWHERE in the fossil record of North America. There isn't ONE tooth or piece of bone from BF. There isn't ONE strand of hair.

There isn't even one CLEAR picture...

There are only footprints and story's and grainy video.

The burden of proof lies with the BF Community, not the scientific community. If REAL evidence exist, present it to the press. Science will follow.

    ReplyDelete
  15. I love all the tools on here that are such radical skeptics and think we are the most intelligence beings on the planet. We could learn a thing or two from indigenous peoples (Native Americans, Aborigines in Australia) and so on. They shape their culture, lives around the land and resources. We tear down, strip, and otherwise work it all in our favor and look at all the waste, destruction we create. Just try and look for proof of all the waste and or leftovers from native people or people who live off the land. You won't find any. Just tryin to prove a point that we aren't the best thing goin today and we could learn something from them and stop destroying everything. But I digress..what I really meant to say was this is a Bigfoot forum and if you are a huge skeptic and u don't believe GET THE FUCK OFF THIS FORUM... Yes that means u you loser that lives in your parents basement and hasn't had pussy since pussy had u. Your lifes ambition is to surf these forums and annoy people then jerk off to internet porn. Get a life

  18. That was funny!!!! (parents basement! LOL!)But I got to say I do enjoy "most" of the skeptical conversation. Skeptics should not be warded out of here. Prespectives from both sides are good to hear.

Skeptics only make believers more educated about their passion, in this case bigfoot.

    Paul

    ReplyDelete
  19. I have no problem with skeptics....rephrase...intelligent skeptics.
The skeptics who simply cry "fake" "hoax" without supporting statements don't carry any validity in my opinion.
When a skeptic makes a post saying WHY something is faked or hoaxed, then I'm more likely to accept what he or she has presented.
I personally believe Bigfoot exists but sometimes I read a skeptics INTELLIGENT rebuttal and think "oh,he has a good point."

I also think that the government hides things from the public. The government are just bad liars and some the excuses they come up with while hiding things is laughable. It's like they were coached by a three year old.
The discovery of Bigfoot would have huge economic impact.
Imagine logging,oil/gas and mining coming to a screeching halt.Really consider how many jobs are at stake, not just those immediate jobs, but also the jobs on the administrative side, consulting firms, lawyers etc.
Then there is the trickle down jobs...I could be here all night typing a list.
Politicians get a lot of endorsements from these sectors for future campaigns.

The government would just need to see to it that Bigfoot is not taken seriously."It's just a myth".Then those wacky BF witnesses would need to be shamed and ridiculed publicly.....
    ......oh wait,that already happens..hmmm.

We are in a shift towards Green Intiatives and the discovery of Bigfoot would expedite those intiatives.

The above industries could not win any argument, even with those top paid lawyers.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I would have to agree, intelligence skeptics do bring up good points. There are some in this field who jump at every sound in the woods and call it a Bigfoot or every blurry shadows in a pic or video. The whistling blower's in those instances I agree with. Not EVERY single blur is a Bigfoot, good lord if it isn't a clear pic or video don't post it and say here's one. If you don't want to get the negative criticism keep it to yourself. On the other hand don't crap on every eye witness account or other pieces of evidence. People just want to get their story out and this site and others like it are the only places they can do it. It's nice for people to have a place to get it off their chest where others don't automatically think they're crazy. Cut'em a little slack.

  21. @kevinflynn56, You are entitled to your opinion... and whatever you do after you leave here is none of my business. ;) The bigfooters are doing their amature-best to meet the burden of proof. The "conspiracy" lies in the inability to authenticate the proof. Where is the effort to match up the decades of "unknown specimines" or the "unknown/inconclusive DNA" for similarities. The "conspiracy" puts the burden of "proof" and "authentication" into the same hands, thereby, robbing the entire process of unquestionable scientific legitimacy.

    ReplyDelete
  22. When delusion become reality, facts become insults.

I'm not crapping on eyewitness accounts. The young boy who had an encounter while going fishing last year in FINDING BIGFOOT obviously saw something he could not explain. I have NEVER seen a more compelling eyewitness account. It made me want to believe.

But there are no bones, no teeth, no hair, no scat, nor ANY fossil evidence, let alone decent photographic or DNA evidence.

Its better to wait for the kind of evidence that will spark the kind of scientific scrutiny this topic requires...

Bigfoot won't be here because you wish him to be.

    ReplyDelete
  23. @kevin I agree with the poster that said intelligent skeptics are good here.... BFers tend to isolate b/c there is such disbeleif among those who haven't witnessed one, or haven't looked deeply into the topic.
www.bigfootencounters.com is a very reliable site for what we think we know...you might start there. Here we put up stuff that isn't necessarily credible/true because part of the fun is ripping up hoax's etc...and so on. Also, the biggest area of contention among BFers is whose "evidence is better" and work for visibility to.... who? LOL so you see it IS a rather sensitive and paranoid community! Welcome!! LOL

    ReplyDelete
  24. Bigfoot believers NEED skeptics. If you don't listen to the skeptics you'll start sounding as insane as the 9-11 truthers who think the passenger phone calls were faked.

The one who pulls the weeds is just as important to the garden as the one who plants the seeds.

If you use your belief as an echo chamber, you'll start feeding off each other's beliefs with no proof and things will get quite silly indeed. In a lot of cases, they already have (bigfoot and UFOs, multidimensional beings, etc.)

I will NOT get the fuck off this forum because of what anyone says, but I've been thinking of leaving it to its own devices because I'm beginning to suspect it is about to implode.

When Erickson's page went down, I thought, "Uh oh, here it comes. They're going to tell us why they can't release the evidence." That's probably going to happen very soon now.

The other two possibilities are that the involved parties will draw this out as long as possible (my "vaporware" idea) or that bigfoot is real and all will be proven.

I give the latter idea a 1% chance of being true. Just a couple of weeks ago, I was thinking 35% chance. That's when I believed Melba Ketchum and the Erickson Project might not be complete imbeciles and/or hoaxers.

Remember, the longer this goes on, the less chance there is of it being true. You NEED people like kevinflynn56 to keep you honest with yourselves and to remind you that sitting on the evidence makes it look like there IS no evidence.

    I call "Vaporware."

Prove me wrong. I'd love for there to be a bigfoot.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Why would the government cover-up the existence of bigfoot? What possible (good and not ridiculous) reason would Uncle Sam have for suppressing knowledge of bigfoots' existence?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Why would the BF existence be suppressed by government: Land rights claims...

If they are a feral human, or a distinct sentient species, they would have a legal claim to the ground they've occupied for a millennium, whether they knew it or not. Who would support they`re claim; Lawyers, hundreds of lawyers in grey suits, with billions in commissions just for the taking. Although I say this with tongue in cheek just think for second a govermenet having to consider this possibility.

    ReplyDelete
  27. It is the government's job to protect the people. All governments. The government conspiracy, if you will, is international to mutually agree to deny the existence of the Bigfoot. The reason is that at least 20% of the population are barely hanging onto reality by their fingernails. From the governements past experiences, the full and complete Bigfoot story causes these people to exhibit all kinds of psychological problems. Most governments therefore error on the side of keeping this segment completely in the dark. In so doing, they must keep the rest of the population in the dark. There is no mean or vicous motive behind it. It is their desire to keep your sister, your mother and your grandmother, from becomeing babbling idiots and out of the the local insane asylum, because that segment has the greatest difficulty in dealing with the existence of a supernatural, paranormal Bigfoot that can change dimensions, change shapes, anticipate your next move, know your tiniest thought and kick your ass any time they want to. Pure and simple. The Bigfoot for the most part, is trying to get along with man and would much rather be his best friend than his worst enemy. But this does not compute with the most at risk segment of the population. Therefore, keep them in the dark.
