Why Won't Dogs Track Bigfoot?

Ever wonder why people don't use dogs to track down bigfoot, or if a dog will even try to do it? Some of these encounters with bigfoot might have the answer, check it out:

In this episode we are joined by original Bigfoot Outlaw Dan Ricke, as we try to answer a few more questions that have been sent in to us by listeners. A lot of these questions are answered with our own bigfoot stories and experiences we've had, and we share some encounters that you've never heard about before!

  1. Dogs don't track something they know nothing about ? Sure how can they track something they haven't been trained to look for

    2. I got this. They won't track bigfoot because they discovered licking their junk is more productive and a better use of their time.

    3. Lol to be honest I did consider this humorous dog licking its own balls option .... Well played

    2. Just like that silly 1+1=2 stock response. So predictable.

    3. Was merely just pointing out a factual statement that would come to pass ! Was not trolling thee at which point you might reply Bigfoot does not exist = factual statement which is in fact just speculation as is the Bigfoot does exist scenario also .... The beer is kicking in now 🤔

  3. They won't track because they can smell the danger in the pheromones. It the danger of the unknown. Just as they have not bred American dogs to hunt African lions BUT they have bred mastiffs to hunt African lions. American dogs CAN be bred to hunt the apex predator called Bigfoot. I had to do this with my own mastiffs and finally have 3 that will track and fight if needed, but it has taken me 23 years to get the ferocity and tenacity to protect in the face of the danger.

    1. My point is Lions exist and we know how they smell/ scent release etc ! But to even think to train a dog to track a BF whether or not they exist without having any confirmation of their scent is akin to learning a cat to smell ghosts

    2. All this speculation over something that doesn't exist...

    3. There are people who believe in gods without speculating

    5. Anything's possible here at Bigfoot Evidence.

    6. 2.23 you invalidated your own argument ! By suggesting that God exists by mocking me due to the fact I do not believe that an imaginary deity parted the Red Sea ( I am only 44 so was not present ) ! How can you mock BF believers when science has even less proof that a corporeal being even exists than BF ?

    7. Dmaker of course they can't my point is how can a dog be trained to track something that cannot or has not yet been quantified whether it exists or not ! What is the base measure or starting point to track a being we no nothing about or which might not exist

    8. You just proved my point 3:18. Thank you.

      Schooled.

  4. Stonereader1,For some reason this two dollar a month website wouldn't allow me to reply to your comment in the usual fashion. 1. Danger is not a scent. It cannot be detected by the nose. Dog or human. 2. If it took 23 years to get your dogs to do your bidding, either try a new breed or review your methods. We had a German Shepard named Stinky who picked up the home protection gig in about 2 weeks. That dog had a set of balls second to none. Sadly he was cursed with hip disorders and had to be put down a few years ago. Best dog and friend you could ask for in my opinion.

    2. What? I commented on my dog. I did not say a thing about bigfoot. Pro or con. If you're upset about the website crack I understand and apologize. It was just a flippant and apparently unwise joke. Again, my bad. I get a kick out of this blog and wouldn't be here if I didn't.

    3. I think we all get a kick out of it both believers , unbelievers and well probably fence sitters too ! A joke about the size of a dogs stones ? Hope that's not what got you in hot water 😜

    6. That's the way I read it. It seems a joke about the actual website is verboten. A joke about banging someone's mother or lawnmower is still inbounds though.

  6. If dogs ever successfully tracked "bigfoot" they'd only lead to a pair of plywood feet in some hoaxer's garage.

Dogs can't track what doesn't exist.
