Is The Wendigo A Type Of Sasquatch Or Something Different?

A beast like, bi-pedal creature of the Northeast, said to be cannibalistic, and crave the flesh of humans. There are many legends and stories surrounding the Wendigo, but could it be a misidentified bigfoot type creature? Check out the video for more info:

Oh... The Welsh language is also the oldest still spoken in Europe, and for 346 years; the Welsh contributed to the largest Empire in history. There are also more castles per square mile than anywhere on the planet, and Wales also not only has two thirds of all the best beaches in Britain, but also has the best beach in Europe (Tendy).

... And Tom Jones of course.

      Delete
    3. Oh... And there's this;

"On a voyage of discovery at the end of the 15th century Christopher Columbus, thinking he had missed China and reached the Indian Ocean, found and named the West Indies. On his third voyage, in 1498, he landed on the mainland of South America. But neither he nor John Cabot were the first people, or Europeans, to arrive in North America: native Americans had crossed the Bering Strait from Asia in prehistory, migrating south and becoming, in time, American Indians, Aztecs and Incas; St Brendan was there in the 6th century; Eric the Red, a Viking, was there in the 10th; Basque whalers saw Maine and Rhode Island on the horizon in the 14th and 15th centuries. But, generally, the world was unaware of the fact that North America existed.

That was the sort of world in which John Cabot and Richard Amerike lived.

Descending from the Earls of Gwent, Richard Ap Meryk - in Welsh, Richard, son of Meryk - was born in 1445 at the family home, Meryk Court, Weston-under-Penyard, near Ross-on-Wye. (Elizabeth, granddaughter of one of his ancestors, Hywel Ap Meurig, married Sir John Poyntz in 1343. Queen Elizabeth II is descended from their Tudor lineage, as was Diana, Princess of Wales, via the Spencer family connections.)

It was probably in honour of Cabot's wife Mattea that the ship (Christopher Columbus' ship) was named The Matthew, but it could also have been named after Amerike himself, Matthew, one of the apostles, having been a custom's officer. But it is also probable that, as the chief sponsor of the Matthew's voyage, and with Cabot's wife and children then living, at his instigation, in a house belonging to a close friend, Amerike sought reward for his patronage by asking that any new-found lands should be named after him."

Europe, in general, I love to visit. My first trip to Europe was two weeks in Budapest. We landed late at night during one of those weeks where you can put as much trash, of just about any kind, out and it will be picked. We have those here in Canada twice per year as well. But we were staying with friends, so not in a hotel down town or anything. My first impression was of dark neighbourhoods with piles of trash guarded by Romas. It was a very odd introduction to Budapest. Thankfully, that impression changed. I absolutely loved Budapest. They have a beautiful opera house, and it is quite cheap to attend. That was my first and only opera. Not really my thing, but it was cool to have went once at one of Europes premier opera houses. I like the theatre, but opera is just not for me. Thankfully I live 40 minutes form one of the worlds foremost Shakespeare festivals--Stratford.

Mr. Troll, I would appreciate it (and I am sure most others would too) if you would please get your facts straight. If you go to my youtube channel you can actually watch videos of me speaking. I have given numerous interviews where you can hear my voice. Here are a couple of links to my videos and one to another channel where I am being interviewed. I am NOT Welsh, I am Chahta. I understand about your needing to cause strife and discord as it is a psychological malady you have. But, if you really want to be the number one Bigfoot Evidence site troll, then you should up your game and quit letting others see where you are failing to prove your facts. May I suggest that you enroll in schooling to further your debating skills? It would really help your stance and gain you a leg up on your competition. That being said...enjoy your day everyone and keep up the good work Iktomi.

    38. First things first stonereader. If you arent lktomijoe, then you are in fact Khat Hansen. You have actually stated this. So lets talk about Khat Hansen, who may or may not even be a real person. This is not my opinion, as it seems every crypto site you have gone too, has called you out, and questioned if you werent just some troll. Simply google Khat Hansen and read the comments from various blogs. It seems other people did some digging about you besides myself.

Khat Hansen supposedly visitied this blog as Abholi Falla a year or so ago. This user stole a tunisian womans facebook picture and used it as her avatar, and told others that was her in the picture. She also made up ridiculous stories about how governement workers blag bagged her and kidnapped her and made her show them where bigfoot lived, and that people were following her and hacking her computer to find confidential bigfoot info. After Abholi was proven a fraud on this site, she hid for awhile, then supposedly came back under the name of stonereader 1, where she claimed someone hacked her computer yet again, solely so that they could come to this rotten bigfoot blog, steal a tunisian womans random photo and make crazy bigfoot claims. But it gets better.

So if you google image Khat Hansen you find several interesting things. The first is the image of her in the video that matt K posted weeks back of her on youtube. Is this Khat hansen? who knows with all the lies. One thing is for sure though, that lady in the youtube video has a very very distinct nose profile. The other supposed image of Khat on google image is of a woman looking to the side with her hair fluffed up. Khat seems to use this picture as her avatar now. Yet, when you blow it up and look at it, it is not the same khat hansen that you see in the youtube video. This is a different woman. No chance they are the same person. So will the real Khat Hansen please stand up??

One thing can be said, and that is that this person is a nutjob. Either a great troll or a special kind of nuts, similar to Leon and DS. Lies on top of lies on top of lies. It doesn't even matter anymore if you are joe. You still are a proven liar.

    40. Don't believe me, see for yourself. Here is the google image of Khat Hansen that we saw in Matt K's youtube video. Note that this person looks to be in there mid to late 20s. And she has a distinct nose. The woman is very attractive, but still look at the nose profile and the overall face shape and age of this woman. Check it out. Everyone will agree this is the woman who was in the video matt K posted that supposedly showed Khat Hansen, right? https://www.google.com/search?q=khat+hansen&biw=1366&bih=599&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiR7-mjp-HKAhXI7SYKHQ2WCYQQsAQIGw#imgrc=UDLvYHFuj99A4M%3A

I absolutely agree with you about the novel The Road, it excellent, and I found it devestating, almost exhausting. McCarthy has a really unique use of prose, he reads like no one else. Blood Meridian is also punishing. I challenge that cinema is strictly entertainment. Much of it is, but the real art of it addresses the entire spectrum of human experience, which of course is does not always end on a happy note. Art should evoke a response, make you feel, in whatever shape that takes.

    10. "1) In an unnumbered chapter after Chapter 27, entitled “Postscript,” Sykes details an intriguing finding from a hair sample from Dr. Henner Fahrenbach. It had a result that Sykes is still pondering, and we may hear about in the future. The DNA sample of a “Sasquatch” from Walla Walla matched that of a feral “individual from Uzbekistan,” Sykes exclaims (page 282).
      (2) Sykes’ verdict on Zana, an alleged almasty captured in the 1850s on the southern slopes of the Caucasus Mountains, is a nod to the labor of the Russian hominologists during four decades of the Snowman Commission at Moscow’s Darwin Museum. The mainstream media has completely misinterpreted what Sykes’ book has to say about this, and talk of Zana being an “escaped African slave” demeans what appears to be the genetic realities behind the case. You must read Sykes’ Chapter 29, to fully appreciate what he has discovered.
“Part-human, part-ape with dark skin (Zana means ‘black’ in Abkhaz) she was covered with long, reddish-brown hair which formed a mane down her back. She was large, about 6’6″ tall, and extremely muscular with exaggerated, hairless buttocks and large breasts. Her face was wide with high cheekbones and a broad nose,” notes Sykes (page 296).
Zana was no slave from Africa, but an individual with genetics who tells us much more about the population from which she sprang. As Bryan Sykes hints, “Zana’s ancestors could have left Africa before the Laran exodus of 100,000 year ago” and “they might well be still there [in the Caucasus Mountains] to this day, living as they have for millennia somewhere in the wild valleys that radiate from the eternal snows of Elbrus,” (page 306).
      (3) There is one more revelation in this book that caused me great astonishment. I have written an entirely separate article about it. Few seem to have read the book closely enough to realize that part of the DNA testing that Sykes did gives a complete revision to the status of the Pangboche finger findings of only four years ago, when it was dismissed as merely “human.” Read here for the big reveal that Sykes shares on that case. Please see, “Pangboche Finger’s ‘Human’ Verdict Clarified By Bryan Sykes DNA Finding.” The fact is, the Pangboche hand may yet be an important artifact to re-study and re-test, regarding a piece of the puzzle to solve the mystery of the Yeti."
      - Loren Coleman

... And Sykes isn't finished yet... I thought you were going to phone the police and put me in jail??????????

      Delete
    11. And once more, lets go back to the original bet, which involved sykes dna findings. This was before his first book. The first findings presented nothing, and so you began saying that sykes' book would be the thing that proved it. Then when that became a miserable failure, you have now switched too "sykes isnt done" and "the results will be published in the proper journals". When Sykes next book comes no closer to presenting any evidence to bigfoot, what will your excuse be? Will you give up your sykes hard on, and suddenly start talking about dermals? Your heroes fall one by one, as does your best evidence. And its very funny to watch. And who said you would go to jail for plagarism? Once more, you are making up pieces to the story that werent there. What was mentioned was that you would be reported to the police, the authors, and possibly the feds. But no one claimed you were going to jail. You are embelishing truth to suit your own needs. One of your most characteristic traits PJ.

    13. Wow... The comments get longer as the meltdown gets more severe. Poor little dab. Notice the Loren Coleman review kid? Hardly a failure unless you're illiterate, and especially when Sykes theorises that Yeti share our modern DNA... Basically Sykes went on to nod in favour of Burtsev and everything I'd been saying about DNA for a whole year previous. My "heroes and best evidence falls", at the hands of who? You?? Someone who feels the need to name drop his hero Danny every comment section who's LONG gone, tell me... Where are your heroes? Where are they to help you?? Someone who claims plagiarism is a "serious crime"? I thought you were going to tell the police on me?? Ha ha ha!!

And Sykes is not done yet... Tell me, did it smart?

"After meeting with Dr Sikes for several hours (including dinner afterward) I can assure you that he does have a number of serious revelations to share. Some have to do with the origins of "Zena" (of Russian lore), his DNA analysis of over 50 specimens he has acquired from numerous sources around the world (including some rare museum relics), and some controversial findings regarding "other" studies underway. That's about all I am allowed to divulge at this time. Suffice to say, things are about to get very interesting. - Todd Neiss"

    21. lauren coleman has also made the statement that he doesn't believe that the government is covering up sasquatch's existence. So why don't you go and talk to him about that joe? As if bigfoot exists, the government has to be keeping a lid on it for it not to have gotten out.

      Delete
    22. Hmmmmmmm; I personally think that the government can make official something they can't catch and cage themselves. There are cases of Green Berets being flown into national parks on missing persons cases in the US... And there are examples of parts of the US being economically devastated due to an endangered species being confirmed.

I just think that even if the army know about them, which there is plenty of indication they do, they don't want to look incompetent by stating they are second best to their evasion techniques, by making it public.

      Delete
    23. Which is my point Joe. Do you hold Coleman in any esteem? I ask because Coleman is a major voice in the crypto community, one of the most well known in fact. A man who undoubtedly has heard every encounter you can imagine, and then some. And he obviously believes in bigfoot. There are MANY cases where people report government interference in regards to bigfoot. From taking bodies away, which Paulides mentions in the Hoopa Project, to DOI guys mysteriously showing up after investigations, etc. There are hundreds of these type of reports. And if you believe in bigfoot, then one must believe in a government coverup. There is no way around this, as most believers acknowledge these animals arent magic. If they exist, the government obviously knows they are there and is keeping a lid on it to some degree. So why would coleman make such a statement? A man who has heard every encounter out there, who has vast connections in the crypto community, and who runs a huge crypto based website. Coleman knows about all these encounters, yet he says the government isnt involved in his opinion. How is this possible? It makes zero sense for coleman to make that statement as a believer, and yet he did.

    24. And we are talking about the government joe. A government who has technology the populace wouldnt believe. Satellites can easily pick you out right now on your phone, and zoom in to see what you are typing and count the number of hairs on your arm. Satellites with thermal and nigiht vision capabilities that we cant comprehend. If these creatures exist, which i dont believe in, then our government could catch one any time it wished. You can't hide anywhere from our government and the worlds governments. Not in space, and not underground. Unless they exist in a parallel dimension, then the government can easily catch one. And probably could even in another dimension. The technology available would simply blow the minds of the masses. Catching one isnt an issue if they exist to the government.

    25. "If you believe in Bigfoot, you must believe in a cover up."

... Says who? You?? Why are you so desperate to put words in my mouth?? There are innumerable enthusiasts who claim there are no cover ups, like there are innumerable different theories of what Sasquatch are, ha ha ha ha!!

"You can't hide from the government"... Yet there are how many active terrorists around?? Enthusiasts also have some very interesting thermal hits to reference. Some of the wilderness areas of the US are triple canopied... Not to mention the very elaborate cave systems that are sure to be there yet haven't been discovered yet.

Knowing about something doesn't necessarily mean you can put it in a cage.

After all, it took plenty of effort to locate Bin Laden, and they don't seem to be using these satellites to locate escaped murderers. Besides, if Bigfoot exist as a species, I sincerely doubt they have a cellphone plan.

  5. I live in Watertown, Wisconsin, which is in Jefferson county. Back in the fall of 2002 I was 17 years old and had an experience with six or seven friends on County Road Y. The encounter was an apparition and a UFO sighting/landing within 20 to 30 minutes of each other.

The night began with a group of friends coming over to my parent's house on County Road Y. It was a foggy night, so my friends and I were riding our bikes up and down the road ahead of my parent's house. The property was an old farm and the main part of the house was a log cabin built in the 1840s. There was a big barn and garages sitting on about five acres. As we were riding our bikes in front of the barn on the road, one of my friends said 'what is that thing?' We all looked and it was a figure of a women with a big hat and old time garb. She was orange-like in color and just a tad see-through. The weirdest thing was the very jerky movements she was making. It seemed like her movement was like a skipping of a record or something like that - very choppy. It was creepy to say the least. We watched the women for awhile. None of us six or seven teenagers were too scared for some reason and we all watched it for a few minutes and then went back to riding bikes.
