Is Wood Knocking A Universal Bigfoot Language?

Youtuber Tickmans Journal is a yowie hunter from Australia. On a recent video of his, he talked about hearing wood knocks in the area. People all across the United States report hearing these knocks while out searching for bigfoot, so is this some sort of global bigfoot language?
