Possible Bigfoot Howl Recorded In Central New York

Youtube user translucentorb posted this video of a strange howl vocalization coming from the woods off the side of a road in Oswego County, New York, Whatever it is, it's really loud, and really creepy. It kind of sounds like a wolf howl to me, but does New York have wolves? Can anyone identify this sound?
