    I want to let all here at BF evidence know about a sighting in Ky late last night. The weather and roads are still very hazardous here. Late sometime around 11:40 pm last night 5 people were attempting to pull a truck from ditch around the KY TN boarder, when a large creature appeared from a wooded area just down the road. There was a foggy like freezing mist in the air causing it to be difficult to make out the figure. It stopped in the HWY at first then crossed and started towards us on the other side. We then realized this was not a bundled up large man coming our way. I didn't know what to think or even say, until we heard some dogs coming. We watched this enormous thing stop and listen in the direction of the dogs while still keeping eyes on us. It stopped just 50 or so yards from us and began down a steep drop toward the cumberland river. We waited for a few seconds, then the eldest member of the group crossed the road to see where it had gone. We had only small flashlights and were not able to see it again. We were stunned and in disbelief. The dogs came into the road in just a few minutes, and were obviously chasing this thing. We listened as they picked up it's trail on the other side and began a fast continual bowling run about two or so miles up the river bank and somewhere into the distant foothills and out of hearing from our location. We didn't know what to think and do last night, so we decided to report our sighting to the local news stations. One of our group has called at least three stations but we have yet to see the story or receive any call backs from the stations. This thing was at least seven feet tall, and bigger than anyone I've ever seen in my life. i haven't heard any other reports yet but we are asking around. We are also trying to find out who's dogs were chasing this creature. Maybe you will hear an official report of this sighting in the future, we intend to report this to the bfro next. What a thing to see in the middle of nowhere and late at night. We will never forget it.

      I for one, believe you people saw something out there. What you saw is the question. It sounds to me as if you are not sure yourselves, but it was large and odd being when and where you saw it. I wish you well in you quest to figure this sighting of something out. It seems you are being honest and adding nothing beyond what you saw, don't allow anyone else to do so. It's your story and it's amazing enough without adding anyone's opinions.

Some years back some deer hunters were all torn apart by something and one of their bodies disappeared...so keep that in mind

    Bigfooters never cease to amaze me with their ability to rationalize any absurd situation.

    A couple describes hearing 'bigfoot howls' interrupted by coughing but this doesn't confirm it as a hoax to the 'researcher' because bigfoots get sick too.

    You can't make this stuff up. But apparently footers can.

Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. Bigfoot injured by a forest fire was taken away and hidden by the authorities, not even Robert Lindsay can top this story

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. This story was so disturbing and so shocking that nobody believed it at the time. It was the Robert Lindsay " Bear Hunter: Two Bigfoots Shot and DNA Samples Taken " story of the time. And like Robert's Bear Hunter story , this witness didn't have a name. The only thing known about the witness is that this person was a government employee, anonymous of course. The author of the story was a science teacher named Thom Powell who believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up. Powell said the anonymous government employee alerted the BFRO about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns".
