The circumstances are different. You have a legitimate hominid captured on film from a time when awareness of these creatures was very minimal... Whereas Dyer has hoaxed before and has not had one ounce of positive attention from neither skeptics or enthusiasts, with the exception of nut a couple.

Also... It's pretty audacious that now that one hoaxer should travel round on a promotion tour, that the inumerable examples of other researchers in this field should be conveniently forgotten in an attempt to compare but one idiot to a source that has the backing of credible scientists.

For one, a lot more people were in and out of that area immediately following the film. So the odds of seeing another in the general area were much more slim.
He also had no means to capture a Bigfoot which would be the next logical step.

ReplyDeleteGot to listen to this weeks episode of the Sasquatch files. Coonbo Baker is extraordinary with experiences he has been through. He made an interesting observation I had not heard before or thought of. Said he could tell which hand a bigfoot had used to cause a tree break just by the way it is twisted. They twist it inwards towards there body. Sure makes sense when you think about it.

Anders sure could show Bigfoot movie-makers a thing or two about costume design. Geesh, Anders has the best looking bigfoot costume I've seen yet. (unless Todd Standing's footage is fake). With costumes like Anders', there's no end to the hoaxing that will ensue.
ReplyDeleteAnders does not have a costume, he has a TOY figure of a Sasquatch; examine every one of his photos carefully - the foliage, though very cleverly positioned, is always way out of scale with the figure, which appears to be about 12 to 16 inches tall. The example above is staged between blades of grass in the foreground, and leafy twigs in the background.
