Get This Book: Simon & Schuster Bigfoot Book for Kids
The Boy Who Cried Bigfoot, written and illustrated by Scott Magoon, gives a twist to the classic Aesop's fable, The Boy Who Cried Wolf. The beautiful artwork with a friendly, fun-loving Bigfoot makes it the perfect picture book for even the youngest Littlefoots.
The story is about a boy named Ben who tricks his family and the townspeople into believing he saw Bigfoot using methods that would make any hoaxer proud. Later on when Bigfoot actually makes an appearance, nobody believes him because of his storytelling past. There is no devouring of sheep in this story though, the Bigfoot is a lovable character and Magoon's illustrations presents him as a friendly forest monster. The story has an ending that is sure to strike a cord with all of the researchers out there and anybody who has had a Bigfoot sighting, because he sets out to prove it.
This fun book presents the classic cautionary tale about the consequences of lying in a fresh new way, giving this book reading value beyond just entertainment. If you have some Littlefoots ages 2-6 running around the house or are a collector of all Bigfoot related books and artwork, I would highly recommend adding this gem to your collection. The Boy Who Cried Bigfoot by Scott Magoon can be purchased as a hardcover book or as an ebook.

Too bad it's not a cautionary tale about bigfoot instead. For all we know they can be responsible for children vanishing in the woods.
DeleteYes, start lying to your children at a tender age.
ReplyDeleteIsn't that what happens when you take them to church?
Delete^^^^^^ maybe you should try church. You would find the people are caring people who believe in love and peace.

DeleteI pray to Penn & Teller
Deletethe people at church believe in love and peace? i beg to differ.
DeleteLike any group of people, some are good, others are not. But I think Anon 3:49 made it clear they are 100% brainwashed, so take that with a grain of salt.
DeleteIs it written in the same style of David Paulides?
ReplyDeleteIf it was I'd buy it (his new 411 book is kick ass)
DeleteRick Dyer's biography?
ReplyDeleteYes, based on the experiences of Mr Dick Ryder himself.
DeleteI read it. Bigfoot' s a dick, he steals the kids bike. Then hangs around his bedroom window at night like I imagine that creep bearking does.
ReplyDeleteI had an inkling that Bear guy would get a good trolling.
DeleteAnd so it comes to pass. Release the hounds....

ReplyDeleteI hope the kids that read this blog never read that book.
ReplyDeleteSo... now we know that Bigfoot is also a pedophile. Damn it!
ReplyDeleteWhat makes you say that? He's just standing behind the kid with his index finger raised.
Deletewe don't need other proofs!
