Yowie-Whowie! The Land Down Under Has Baby Yowies in Trees? [Australia’s Yowie Research]

The 2012 episode of Finding Bigfoot showcased the possible existence of the North American Bigfoot cousin the Yowie. In the past and even now I have always looked into the Yowie reports and stories which many researchers in Australia find many parallels between the typical behaviors of the American Bigfoot and the Yowie. The Yowie in Australia is described as being very territorial, nasty, and mean. Some reports in the land down under even talk about Yowie attacks, rock throwing and aggressive behavior similar to primates.

Recently I have joined a forum from Australia dedicated in part to the research of the down under beast. The research in the land down under as of recent years has created more interest in the Yowie community and the Aussies that are dedicating time in this research are very serious about what they do. One of these researchers is Ray Doherty who surprised me by showing how well organized the research of the Yowie in Australia is.

The Yowie research is only now starting to interest the local science community in Australia and comparing the several decades of research, the American Bigfoot field is way ahead. Yet the Aussie researchers have shown me that they are a willing. These smart bunch of regular Joes are willing to learn and advance their techniques and research by employing the very techniques the American researchers have learned and advance in the search for Bigfoot.

In the recent Finding Bigfoot episode which ended the 2012 with a bang, we saw the team visit Australia to look into the stories and research of the Yowie. The researchers from Australia are well organized and document their research thoroughly and are very eager to show the world that just like in America the stories and evidence of a bi-pedal hairy creature is not a legend but a biological reality waiting to be discovered.

In the following reports which occurred in 2012, Ray Doherty documented two sightings of a possible juvenile Yowie and possibly a female (which may be the mother) for a group of researchers named Team 205 which he is a member of. Ray surmised this possibility from a prior encounter which occurred in August 2012 somewhere in Queensland, Australia and the reports explain in detail the events that occurred.
Here are excerpts from Ray’s report in August (Locations have been black out to protect habitat):

Interesting enough, just a month later in the same area after placing game cams for several weeks, they discover an amazing find in several of the photos taken by the cam in September. What they captured, Ray believes, is possibly a juvenile Yowie lying on a tree nest similar to primates.

Here are excerpts from Ray’s report in August (Locations have been black out to protect habitat):

The sequence of photos you are about to see were taken seconds after each other and show a strange dark small figure showing what looks like a possible arm or tail hanging down up above in the canopy of the forest where the game cam, photos were taken. One thing to keep in mind in Australia-- the closes thing to a monkey is not even in the same genus: the Koala. Australia does not have any known primates but many marsupials, including Sugar Gliders, Koalas and Tasmanian Devils.

As you can see the researchers from down under are doing some great work and are implementing many of the techniques used by researchers in America. Many researchers of the Yowie are working hard to document their findings and bring more scientists on board. They still have many hurdles to overcome just like the Bigfoot research in North America. Team 205 Australia is comprised of Ray Doherty, Nigel Francis, Anthony Laponovich and Brad Payne.

    2. Just like the famous "plastic bag blows into tree by strong wind" episode of my show Finding Bigfoot, its possible theres enough food and shelter for the babies to live most of their life as a tree-hugging primate, like a gibbon, then as they grow into adulthood become a giant, 750 lb monster that is bipedal.

There are examples like this all over the animal kingdom, I just cant quote one right now. Buy a shirt and premium website membership for more info.
