Here's the trail camera that caught the mother Bigfoot picking apples off the ground

On the Vermont episode of Finding Bigfoot, the crew agreed that whatever was taking Frank Siecienski's apples was definitely a Squatch. The creature in the photograph they examined appears to have a skin condition called vitiligo. The white splotches on the skin affects less than 1% of the human population. Cliff Barackman believes the Bigfoot in the photograph may have this disease. "It is well known that humans and apes can often are susceptible to the same conditions and ailments, including heart disease, pneumonia, and many others," says Barackman. Because of the apparent skin condition, Barackman believes it's unlikely the figure in the trail cam photo is a human in a suit.
He writes: "Remember the point above about how infrared light can make different fabrics or surfaces appear darker or lighter than they actually are. If this is a person in a suit, those patches would represent different kinds of material that make up the suit. However, they are abnormally shaped, irregular in placement, and are not on where connections or seams would be in a suit. Why would someone make a suit and randomly place different fabrics on the shoulders and the back? There would be no function to this. Indeed, why would a hoaxer make a suit with these white patches at all?"

I agree with the above poster who stated that it is an owl. Based on BoBo being 6'6 and around 360lbs. the owl in the trail cam phot would be around 7ft 6 inches and 500 to 600lbs but it is definately an owl. An owl with different colored feathers.

Look how small the apples are on the ground. This pic looks like the back of an owl with some moltIng or maybe reflection because it swooped too closely to the camera. There seems to be a distance between the subject and the apples. Please don't say Bigfoot has large hands and the apples appear grape sized.

DeleteIts profile is not visible. It's supposed to be difficult for Bigfoot to turn its neck so far. We should be able to see its face profile at this angle. I do believe they exist but I think this one is not what I want it to be. A decent face shot would turn turn a lot of sceptics around.
DeleteI thought owl too, but after looking closer and examining the pic it's not. Even blurred feathers I still see fur and parts sticking out not associated with an owl. Not sure what , but after watching the show and seeing the angle and recreation I'm leaning towards female Squatch with a young one.

DeleteCoyotes and Bigfoot have a mutual respect of each other and stay clear of each other. They are heard howling generally in the same areas because their calls carry a long way and both tend to be nocturnal. Not like they are sitting right next to each other howling?

DeleteTrain whistles at a crossing by my home sometimes sets off a flurry of howls. The go crazy . I havnt asked anyone wildlife related why they do this but they do. When Squatches in our area have howled it usually sets them off as well. Does anyone know why this happens with coyotes ?

Good or Bad evidence and sightings on Bigfoot has been coming in for years. I tend to keep an open mind. I've seen things with little or no evidence come up real. We have footprints for the big foots, and they correspond to the whales scars. However, we still need a piece of one. I'd be happy with a femur or something like that.

DeleteI can see how some would say owl, but that owl would still be in flight, close to the camera and landing to be this big. It would not show up this large on the ground as this was not a large area, and what are the other appendages on the ground on the left side. Also why would an owl want to land in an area with coyote around. It also looks like hair and not feathers and since barred owls are spotted all over with white, would those not show up. Also it does appear to be a small hand clinging to the left arm if this is a Sasquatch or something else.

DeleteWhat sold me on it being a BF was the previous photo in the sequence that showed the coyote, who had been calmly eating the apples, take off with it's hair raised as if it were afraid of some bigger animal. The next photo in the sequence is of course, the Squatches. Can some one with an animal background inform me if a coyote would react to an owl like that? This is all assuming, of course, that the photos were shown in sequence.

ReplyDeleteIf you watch a video of a Great Horned owl landing on a kill you will notice the feathers flap around by the leading edge of the wings. Probably to help them be silent.Thats the so called hand.To me looks like a paw ,or could be a rabbit.Also saw a video of an owl attacking a fox,they are big 5 foot wing span.

ReplyDeleteI always had problems with this pic. It just doesn't look enough like anything people say it is. Owl, bigfoot, ghille suit, etc. Owls molt in the summer usually. June to September. It takes two to three months for the feathers to grow in so they only drop some feathers at a time. So if it is an owl, the bald spots are pretty late in the molt and it has no visible growth of new feathers yet. That means the bird will be cold as VT starts freezing at night pretty early in the fall.

It looks like an ear on the head even. It is faint from the blurriness but there appears to be an ear. And the wings are not in proportion to the body. They look too narrow for an owl.
But saying it is bigfoot is hard too. If that is a hand grabbing apples on the ground it is keeping the fingers straight and the thumb is fairly short. To pick up and apple you would expect the fingers to be curling.
As for the baby, I don't think so. I think it is more likely the knee of the critter. You really don't see any legs because it is squatting down, the knee sticking out just a bit. The color variation is bald spots like the back.
It is just to hard to say exactly what it is. I have to admit it is more a person than a bird though. It could be bigfoot squatting down grabbing apples. Or a guy in a ghille suit doing the same.
What is the dark black thing on the ground at the bottom of the pic? It is the only thing in focus and not moving. A stick for knocking? Or poking apples down? Or a strap from a bag carrying the apples?
I'm not sure what it is but I'm sure it's not a bigfoot. There's too much of a skinny neck if that is indeed the head.
ReplyDeleteIn addition, all of the "fur", if that is indeed what it is, is lined up from top of the photo to the bottom, where the fur on a BF would be head to toe direction on it's back and top to bottom on it's arm.
The "fur" doesn't look like feathers either, but it looks like there is some motion blur so it's difficult to tell.
One problem with the color comparison is that the person in the photo is on their knees rather than squatting down. Another problem is that the guy is not in the same exact location as the blobsquatch.
I'm leaning towards it being a hoax.
Why would a person In a suit put two white spots on it. What camouflage surrounding does that correspond with ? None that im aware of!

ReplyDeleteI have no idea how people are seeing an owl. I'm a zoologist, I have never seen an owl that big or evn one with a humanoid head and shoulders. The animal is not zoomed in, and if you judge the distance using the road in the background, bobo is not that much farther away from the camera than the creature. Its definitely bigger than bobo. Or at the very least its much much bigger than an owl. I would accept that its a sick bear,(even that's a stretch) but it definitely is NOT any known species of owl. That theory is immediately cast aside at a glance of the picture.

It looks like a dog or coyote with another dog or coyote jumping on it from the side. if u look to the right it appears to have eyes and a mouth and to the left a tucked tail. in the middle its another figure jumping onto it. it is blurry but if u look u will see what I am talking about. the blur is caused by the animals fighting or playing which ever. If u seen the show u know the picture before this one had a coyote walking away kinds scared. that makes sense when there is a dominant coyote coming up to the tree. they probably arent coming for the apples but the small animals that eat the apples, like rabbits.
