YouTube user, kybigblue2003, claims the following audio is "all real" and it was recorded back in March 2012 in the Daniel Boone National Forest. "After hearing growls and ape like sounds, me and the dog left the tent and went to the car to sleep. I left the camera recording on an old setting bench in the woods and did not return until the morning," kybigblue2003 wrote in the video.

A hoaxer can't show too much, because BF costumes too expensive to do right. Notice the only footage of the creature is just outside of range of camera frame, just outside of light range, just outside of scene end.
Inconsistent BEHAVIOR.
How does the BF know all inhabitants of tent are gone? We have very few documented encounters where a BF trounced through the campsite making growls and walking loud and clumbsy (at one point bumping into the table.) Too add to the absurdity it wood knocks at the camp site.
Lack of CORROBORATING evidence.
Where are the post photos of the camp site after angry BF came through. No tracks? No photos?
Story has LOGICAL problems.
Who camps in winter in KY without a fire? Why wasn't dog going crazy? BF can patrol campsite, but can't follow them to car and growl there?

DeleteNot all dogs go nuts I have found out. My dog is ten months old and is a border collie black lab cross. He is very quiet. My other dogs, a pure lab and a pure rottie, both flip out to sirens, coyotes, predator calls like dying rabbit calls, and both whine and bark to supposed bigfoot calls. My pup likes the predator calls and starts nosing around but doesn't make a sound. Even with wolf howls which makes most dogs whimper. The rest of your post are all valid points in my book.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this video. Very strange. As in very. For me anyhow. Three months ago give or take a week I was outside at 230ish am. Two sounds came from huge wooded section behind my property. Couldn't make out how far out as they weren't very loud. Being in or around the woods for years,,,and being as I've probably heard damn near every recorded piece that may be BF related,,,,,I thought at the time it may be a loose mule/cow etc that was sick. The second and third sounds on this video almost has it right on. Hopefully this vid is legit. May have to cancel future travels. It'd be awesome to research in back yard for a while lol

I just got back from a week of bowhunting and listening to all sorts of sounds and listening to my brother walk through the leaf litter of upstate NY. The recorded footsteps seem to be from something with an unusually long stride. Faked or not they are long. The guttural sounds could be faked cause I have a couple of friends that have a talent for making jungle sounds, but, these almost seem a little too deep and gravelly. I can picture a being pissed off at the gaul of someone invading his territory then leaving his shit behind. He sounds pissed. Of course the usual, no body no proof, but it is interesting.

DeleteGuy from Kentucky again, and I keep watching this I find it hard to believe a human can make some of these sounds, especially the loud grunt/yells. I want to see a vocal comparison showing wavelength and frequency to that of a humans trying to recreate, that would be interesting. Furthermore, you notice the creature starts kinda close to the camera, sneaks up, makes its presence known with loud footsteps and knocks, then it moves away making those yells. Towards the end of the video, it doubles back and passes the camera knocks it. The creature obviously notices the camera and doesn't like it being there.

DeleteI have listened several times and agree with you both. There is a sequence around 2:24 mark that is an utterance that is powerful, yet very short and fast that I just could not mimic. Also noted a very fast possible monosyllable speech type pattern that I do not think a hoaxer would do. It would take a better person than me to analyze this and I hope someone will.

I am sure someone will do a voice analysis and a bunch of adjustments in contrast to pull out the image that appears to pop into frame on the left at the end of the video. One of the biggest things that leads me to think "hoax" is, when this being gets close to the camera you can hear it breathing for a few seconds and it doesn't sound like it is breathing heavy enough for a creature that is supposed to weigh hundreds of pounds and have enormous lungs. I have heard in several accounts from witnesses where they say they could "hear this thing breathing from far away" or "it was breathing SO loud", etc.

I am a skeptic to a certain extent. But this recording has some very interesting qualities. It would be a little more believable if there was a follow up video to the camp surrounds and possible prints/hair. This could very well be real.

Wow. I'm surprised here. There are many great ideas and thoughts on this. Forgive me if I sounded a little harsh in earlier posts. Been a foul week. Something I've been wondering since viewing on iPad as well,,if this footage is in march,,,why all the leaves?? Granted in spring the forest floor,,,even some camp spots,,,are littered still with brush,,leaves,,,sticks,,etc. this sounds like a hell of a bunch o leaves. And the footsteps. They are still aggravating bejeepers outta me. In my experience it just gives me that bad vibe. If the supposed being was checking out ol dudes area/camp,,you'd think he'd be slower,,,way more cautious. Unless being there previously. Or the creature is a 12 foot heathen in a terrible funk looking to ruin someone's day. Hopefully all the background comes out soon and we can learn more. It's definitely interesting. ReplyDeleteFaint and Distant wood knocks at 1:27, 1:42, 1:57, 2:12 seconds. incredibly these are all 15 seconds apart....? the foot steps in the begining may be a different squatch. you can hear it drop the stick after the three loud tree knocks a few seconds after @ 53 sec. you can hear several different shuffling sounds at different distances apart. the hi pitched barking sounds are from the baby. again, a babies high pitched Yota/ET squeel at the end of the video. this evidently is a BF clan moving through in stealth mode, all but the largest male asserting athority of its domain.

The foot falls were too close together to be a large animal, Also animals and humans that are trying to be stealthy roll their feet while taking a step in leafy under brush.
