Les Stroud Talks About Bigfoot Encounter On Tonight's Survivorman Episode (Update: Preview Clip)
We're on the West Coast so we'll have to wait a few more hours to hear the details on this. On tonight's Survivorman episode, Les Stroud talks about his Top 10 experiences and #6 on his list is Bigfoot. Back in 2011, while promoting his new book on a radio show, Les Stroud brought up a very intriguing story about an encounter he had while camping in solitude in Alaska.
Les Stroud claims he heard an animal that sounded like an ape. The vocalization sent chills down his spine. The sound he heard wasn't the first time he heard something like it. On Twitter, Les Stroud said had another Bigfoot "audio" prior to the one mentioned on radio.
Tonight's episode goes into more detail about what happened during the encounter he talked about on the radio show below:
Here's the preview clip for tonight's "Survivorman Top 10" episode:

didn't Moneymaker just tweet this interview?
ReplyDeleteHis Bigfoot sighting is on the right of this webpage!
ReplyDeleteclose, almost but not hardly. where is the camera's when you need them. he probably has the best high-end cameras available so a recording would have been nice.
ReplyDeleteHe's mentioned the Bigfoot encounter a few times now. I remember it from back in 2009/10 on SiriusXM with O&A.
ReplyDeleteSweet interview. I have a lot of respect for him.
ReplyDeleteAn excellent witness for the obvious fact that he has heard vocalizations of the known animals in the area many times, under many different conditions. I wonder if anyone ever played the Sierra Sounds for him and asked if he ever heard anything resembling at least parts of it.
Deletehas anybody ever heard his 2nd encounter or where?!
ReplyDeleteI wonder if Les Stroud has ever had to drink his own piss to survive.
ReplyDeleteActually he chills it at home and drinks it like a fine wine.
DeleteJREFers drank theirs and they seem just fine. Haha. Survivor man 4 life bitches.
ReplyDeletewhat the hell does JREF mean?! i hear that A LOT on this site!
ReplyDeleteI think it a competing cult of footers.
DeleteLol
DeleteJREFers are the cocksmokers who will jump on this article calling Stroud a lying commie pedo hoaxer.
ReplyDeleteThey come from the james randi forums i think.
thanks fellas.. i know james randi is that skeptic skank!
DeleteJoe Rogan Experience Forums, JREF. He has like 500,000 followers of his podcast and loves bigfoot, apes and anything monkey related. He sells some cool ape shirts on his website called Higher Primate.
ReplyDeleteI like Les. He has always been the real deal. I wish him the best in life.
ReplyDeleteHis second encounter was with his second wife.History were camping out about 100 miles from civilization, I think in Alaska. In the middle of the night something on two feet was walking towards the tent, Les yelled out,"Were Here"And it stopped and started walking back the way it came.
