Sasquatchalliance, where are you?
Editor’s Note: Jonathan Poulsen has been researching the Sasquatch since 2008, but really involved himself heavily in 2011. He has since devoted his life to the near impossible challenge of verifying the existence of the Sasquatch. Shawn refers to him as the Bigfoot encyclopedia.Back in 2008, a YouTube user by the name of 'Sasquatchalliance' posted many videos of possible Sasquatch that he/she collected on the internet. A few of these videos were slideshows that had many interesting photos of potential Sasquatch. Strangely, by early 2009, he/she seems to have vanished off the face of the Bigfoot-researching earth. Does anybody know this person? Or know why they're no longer active in the field of Sasquatch research? Any information would be greatly appreciated!
I'm guessing puberty hit, got a girlfriend/boyfriend and got on with their life.
ReplyDeleteI can't remember when I got into the possibilty of bigfoot. Anyone remember what it was like 5 years ago? Was it as interestng with dna/fulms/hoaxes, etc?

DeleteMany of these are hoaxes, some are real such as the Patterson creature and some just do not know but very interesting of ones I have never seen before. Camera and hand held photo and video photography when dealing with a hairy creature that resembles a human just does not make for convincing evidence at the distances shot and of course with a backdrop of forest.
ReplyDeleteThese creatures just do not get close enough to take good shots and when they are close enough people have been much to frightened to take a photo, and in the vast majority of cases, do not even have a camera with them. If you want to get a great film or photo someone is going to have to do a long term project (like Planet Earth) and use high quality and expensive sports cameras that can take HD shots at a long distance. My suggestion would be on a cliff location filming over an open meadow that is surrounded by expansive forest, and have the wits, stealth, and extreme patience of an expert sniper.
The outtake at the 4:18 and 4:19 mark is from a video from a person I personally know and taken in Ohio in early 1990's. It was not hoaxed, however he thinks it is a Bigfoot, but is not certain it is. However no one else was in the area of an ongoing research project and he did not even know it was there at the time of filming, only after reviewing it later, as he was concentrating on filming the automobile. The outtake on here is of much poorer quality than the original I have seen.

I remember watching this a while back, I liked it, I still like it. Yeah it's full of mostly hoaxed crap but the audio compilation is great and so are a few of the pictures.

DeleteDon't care much for the photos, very low quality. But the audio is cool! You gotta love the sounds they make, but its better to hear it in person.

ReplyDeleteThis is about 30% drawings, 40% blurs/distance, 20% famous pictures, and 5% obvious hoaxes, but the remaining 5% are OK quality, and I haven't seen them before.
