Some travelers spotting these tracks near Break Interstate Park located on the Virginia/Kentucky border. The instagram photo was titled:

The problem is said articles are reporting on findings in the more esoteric professional journals, and as far as we know that has not happened.

The ATV photo was taken near Front Royal Virginia many years ago. I spoke with the photographer and he didn't notice the thing off to the side of the ATV. It's just an interesting photo.
