Photos Of The Day: Sasquatch Tree Peeking, Huge Rock On Tree Stump

Sasquatch Tree Peeking:

Photo above was posted on The Squatchers Lounge Facebook page. There's no information about where it came from or who took the photo, but one person commented that it may have came from a movie in the making.

Huge Rock On Tree Stump:

Randy Brisson up in Canada always comes back with some interesting evidence. Brisson is the guy who frequently finds Sasquatch hair samples and has sent a few samples to Dr. Melba Ketchum for DNA testing.

This photo shows a huge rock on top of a 7ft tree stump. According one person on Facebook, this couldn't have been done by loggers because the provincial park does not have logging of any kind there.

As for the Sasquatch"peeking" that's not peeking, that's standing in full view!! why only one pic aswell,it's nearly always only one pic, whoever took it could have or must have took more, even as it was walking away or something. Nope,it's a fake,a good costume, but still fake!!

    1. Scott, I would like to ask you to please use a space after using a comma and to refrain from suing more than one exclamation mark at a time. It's the right thing to do.

    2. That's hilarious punctuator!!! ooops

    3. Perhaps the punctuator should check spelling befor hitting the button.

    4. @punctuator- How do you "sue" an exclamation mark? Doesn't feel so good does it? Lol.

    5. @puncuator- Seriously? Do you patrol blogs looking for correct punctuation and grammar?
I don't find your comment offensive, I'm just curious.
It's a good thing we don't have an off topic poster, otherwise you'd be asked to only comment on the topic at hand ;)
As far as the photo is concerned, It does look staged to me.
The boulder on top of the stump could have happened naturally.
I've seen some odd things in nature.

  5. There are several sasquatch movies coming out soon. So have a bunch of pics posted here and there with no explanation. Wait for massive you tube and/or media interest then come forward and say hey, that's from our movie coming out next month. Free advertising.

    1. Oh, that forest with the rock stump was logged at some point. That is second gen timber. Not untouched old growth.

  6. i saw one with a pointy head like that, excelpt the haed was much smaller in proportion to the body, and the creature itself was much smaller, like about the size of my teenage sister. i was reading what that lady irene was saying about bigfoot being short and i think i agree, bc the one i saw was short and it looked like it was fully grown.

    1. Call me a skeptic, but "Irene" and others have been inserting that height issue into a lot of Comments lately... very often totally off topic. It made me wonder if we were being "prepped" to accept a new costume.

    2. If said costume is accurate it will be short and skinny, and not much stronger than a girl.

    3. well, I saw one that was about six feet, amybe 5' 10" at the shortest. I'm smaller than average 5'6" so it seemed huge. And ape-like.

  7. It looks like a kid in a bigfoot costume.

    1. Certainly has that typical costume look to it, guess it's just a not bf tall man dress rehearsing for Halloween.

  8. Rock/stump. Very cool.
Bigfoot posing like a ballerina. Not.

  9. I would like to see more photos of the rock atop of the stump. (different angles etc) Not saying I disagree with the possibility of something putting it up there. However if the tree fell, depending on the root structure, is it not possible that rock was next to it & was lifted up upon falling?

    1. That forest was covered with glacier once upon a time. Receding glaciers deposit huge rocks and boulders all over. Have seen large rocks on tree stumps in other glacier planes. This one is only "special" because of the accompanying Bigfoot pic, implying BF put it there... and then painted it with moss and lichens to pretty up his home. ;)

  10. If I could respond meme-style:

    Huge rock on tree stump.

    Must be Bigfoot.

  11. If Bigfoot is really short like everyone is saying I'm going to start being interested in another cryptid. Cryptids, like people, are less interesting when they're short.

    1. Short people got no reason to, short people got no reason to live. Just like Leon.

    1. Do not use Gay as a put-down. That is insensitive, rude and bigoted. shame on you.

  13. The Bigfoot near the tree is actually Leon. He normally dresses in drag when he goes out but this time he decided to dress as a Bigfoot.

  14. I was the one who posted it to the lounge, so I can show the difference between real & fake. There was no information about the photo at all, but I did point out the fact that it had a human type of neck & shoulder. Most likely it is a human in a suit possibly for a movie, because it is not a cheap suit.

    Mitchell.

  15. ummm If that's it's hand in front of it when you magnify the screen it looks like it's giving us the finger. If you think that's just a part of the tree in front of it ignore this comment please and thank you.

  16. Like many of these purported Bigfoot photo's that are floating around, althought I have never observed one this is not how I expect it to look. From many of of the eyewitness accounts I would expect to see the shoulders and body frame to be much more robust. The muscularity and symetry being visbile through the hair. Many of these costumes do not show any of these attributes, look at the Messin for Sasquatch costume. The shoulders are quite narrow and you see no muscle mass/definition in the legs either. The Hovey photo looks good if genuine.

  17. Can't understand why it's such a low res.
When you zoom in it appears to be purposely over-pixelated so you can't tell what you're looking at.
