An $80,000 House In Fayetteville, AR Will Be Yours, If You Drag In A Bigfoot

Typical $80,000 House in Fayetteville, AR built around the 1970's
(Repeat: This is not the house)

News is spreading fast about this reward offer. According to the Fayetteville Freethinkers web forum, they have an official offer on the table saying that if you bring them a Bigfoot, they will give you a free house in Fayetteville, AR.

Here's some details about the property: "The home being offered as reward was built in the 1970's, is currently occupied, rents for $550, has an enclosed garage and sits on .75 of an acre in the city of Fayetteville. It's approximate realistic value (somewhat depressed in today's market) is $80,000. Reasonable people will understand that giving the location or posting a picture would open its present occupant to potential harassment."

They also have some legal papers to prove that it's a legitimate offer. Below is the full legitimacy and legally binding nature of this offer:

So here's the deal from fayfreethinkers.com:

    1. Note that the agreement does not require that the specimen (or remains) of Bigfoot be surrendered in order to receive the house-- only that they be proven authentic. Why, that house is pure gravy!

  10. Oh, I'll get back to this one... I can't imagine a lawyer would touch this with a ten-foot pole. Compelled poaching? Or worse??? There is plenty of room for new case law here...

  13. Woo Baby! Movin on up! My buddies and I are all over this incredibly generous offer Clark. Time for us to warm up by watching "Platoon" before breaking out the 'Nam era ghillie suits and high powered rifles. If it walks upright and is covered with hair or simply wanders through the woods making random vocalizations we're killing it! Hoaxers beware!
