Melba Ketchum
I am so excited about our findings and am anxious myself to get them out into the public. Wish science wasn't so slow. Everyone is going to be so amazed though at what we have done and at the findings! I know I was. Huge, huge thank you to Wally Hersom, he is such a wonderful person.
Earlier today, we published an article about PR spokeswoman for the Ketchum Project, Sally Ramey detailing the different processes that takes place before and after the publication of a scientific paper.
Publishing a paper is a very long and tedious process. The publication summarizes and explains the results to a scientific question -- or "hypothesis". In Ketchum's case, the "goal" of the hypothesis is to prove the existence of Sasquatch.
As any scientists can tell you, the writing part takes between 1 and 2 months, including hundreds of revisions. Producing the original results for the paper takes years, sometimes as little as 1 year, sometimes more than 3 years.

I think Mr Fasano wants the spotlight and the " he discovered Bigfoot" award attached to his name.
I suspect he can feel this slipping away and as a result is angry and upset and feels it necessary to spread such negative vibes.

DeleteI think you hit it on the spot. From what I have been reading about him and his TV show interview he did before blasting the DNA study I would say that he is very, very jealous right now and is upset that he isn't going to get the title of "Discoverer of Bigfoot".

ReplyDeleteThe study in it's self is wonderful, if it doesn't prove BF is real, thats ok too. Think of the amount these people put into this study. Then to have someone like him bad mouth them. Maybe he is pissed because he wasn't asked to be part of it. Im sure its way more work than Fasano has ever done. I for one don't like his attitude attacking people for no good reason. He should stand back and take a long good look in the mirror and see the things he says about everyone but himself.He is a TROLL.
ReplyDeleteFrom what I have seen, he hasn't done much in the way of field work or contributed much of anything. He gives an impression of being somewhat serious at first, but it doesn't take long to see he is doing everything half-assed. Yep, he is a big TROLL.

Hard to believe that something as huge as this announcement doesnt even give everyone hope to validate what we already know but that some hope she fails.
