Man Calls In To Complain About BuzzBin's Coverage Of Ohio Bigfoot Game Cam Footage

We get a lot of flack for covering non-Bigfoot related news (see Mammoth coverage), but we've never gotten anything close to what BuzzBin magazine received in their voice-mail this morning.

Apparently, BuzzBin magazine, the people who published the Ohio game cam footage of an alleged Bigfoot got an unhappy reaction to their Bigfoot article published on February 8.

According to BuzzBin Mike, "This guy called in over the weekend a little unhappy about our current cover on Bigfoot in Ohio. Apparently he didn’t get that we were spoofing tabloids and assumed this was our new style. Well, you can take a listen for yourself…"

"I guess some people don't get that our latest cover design was to spoof the Bigfoot article. The picture in question comes from a credible source. This story, like the majority of other bigfoot stories, is merely a speculative take on what could be. I took the opportunity to design the cover in typical tabloid fashion. This guy clearly didn't dial in on my sense of humor." - BuzzBin Magazine

  3. Why flack over covering other related cryptid stories?
They all are relevant to the bigfoot, sasquatch, yeti, wild man etc. quest due to similar evidence or lack thereof and techniques.

  6. As far as the blurring goes, I can tell you from experience that any digital camera that takes a photo at night will keep the shutter open for at least 2-3 seconds to capture enough light to make a photo. If I take a photo of my son at night with my digital camera and he slowly walks across the field of view he WILL appear blurry because the shutter was open for 3 seconds. I think the trail photo is real and the blurring proves that it was not faked.
Put it this way, if you were to fake a photo of a trail camera at night, would you intentionally make the photo blurry, or would you try to make it more crisp and clear? Think about it. if it was a hoax, they must have been really drunk. If the reputable owner of the trial cam didn't fake it then who would go out in the middle of the forest in a white gorilla costume to play a trick on a trial cam that you would really have to look for? Like a needle in a haystack. (and other thing, can you even buy or rent a white gorilla costume???)

    1. The person on the phone didn't say it was a costume, he said it was made of snow.
