Watch This Digital Story Telling Keynote Presentation About Bigfoot
Check out this awesome presentation about the Seeahtik Tribe and Bigfoot.
According to the Clallam indian tribe of the northwest, who have a respect and fear of them: The Seeahtiks are a tribe of tall (eight feet) hairy creatures. Whom are able to kill their prey by stunning them with a great hypnotic power. They also have a gift of ventriloquism, throwing their voices at great distances and can imitate any bird in the Northwest.
An interesting idea is that, these Seeahtiks are the root of all the North American Bigfoot legends and stories, that have emerged over the decades.
Once again, that symbiotic relationship I believe Native Americans have had with this being (I hate to call it a creature but I'm unsure just how much we have in common).
ReplyDeleteVery good video!
ReplyDeleteI agree a good video.
ReplyDeleteYes Autumn, the Native Americans certainly knew how to live in peace with these living beings. I wonder if somehow these wise beings watched what happened with the Native Americans when we arrived and learned to be even more elusive for self preservation.
I was reading an account last night, I can't remember which tribe, that they referred to them as the Wise Ones and had been here longer than the Native Americans.
