N.C. Man following Mike Greene's footsteps to hopefully catch that million-dollar footage of Bigfoot

Two years ago, Mike Greene claimed he captured video of Bigfoot in the Uwharrie National Forest. His claim was justified since he had the "squeaky" video to prove it.

A recent news report says that another man from North Carolina is following in Mike Greene's footsteps. Lee Woods has been taking notes and learning about what works and what doesn't work with Bigfoot. In his research, Woods discovered the exact location of where Mike Greene caught his famous "squeaky" footage.

For 6 months, Lee had setup a thermal camera attached to a tree with a jar of peanut butter as bait. One night, Woods got lucky and finally captured a Sasquatch on video, albeit the footage is blurry as heck. See screenshot below. Woods says he's not giving up and he's planning to head out again next week to get a better shot of the creature.

  1. Did anyone else notice during the Finding Bigfoot episode just how tall Mike Green was ? He made BoBo look like a kid compared to him. That made me think twice about the 7' creature said to be on the thermal Mr. Green himself may have been the one hungry for a Zagnut the night.

  2. Did anyone else notice that the camera (supposedly) strapped to a tree was moving as if it was being held???????

When in doubt, throw it out.lol

  3. It look's more like a poor IR video than a thermal.

  4. Gee, a blurry picture of bigfoot. That just never happens.

  5. I agree. Thermal footage doesn't mean a damn thing. On paranormal investigations, we often have no clue who is being filmed because the person on screen is colorless and without detail. This could be anything or anyone.

  6. Thermal image shots are a total waste of time. These are even easier to fake than video footage, and they will convince NO ONE (except perhaps those who are already convinced of the existence of bigfoot). Forget the thermal imaging! SHOOT ONE!!!

  7. I agree with the above posters. With regards to bigfoot, thermal imaging is a colossal waste of time.

  8. Thermal imagery is not a waste of time with regards to Bigfoot. When it is used correctly it can be very effective and can show much more than all the "blobsquatch" pictures and videos out on the net today.

Mike Greene's footage is very good. I doubt Mike Greene filmed himself. Yes he is a tall guy but he is also skinny and lanky, the figure in his video has more "bulk" to him. The thing I didn't like about the FINDING BIGFOOT show when they investigated Mike Greene's footage was, there was more to the video then what was shown on air, and I wondered why they didn't show the whole thing or talk about it. There is a part where the sasquatch is behind a tree standing up and swaying back and forth like they often do, and you can see the long arms and outline and the sagital crest. Why didn't they discuss or examine that part of the video?

  9. Right that's why the video was out of focus to make Mike Greenes 7 ft lanky body appear heavier that's why it was imperative to be blurry as in most BF videos and stills.
