Tighten your seat belts everyone! This new video was just posted on another blog with the same name as us showed up out of nowhere this morning. It's going to blow your mind!
Really. It's better than the Erickson Project film, because unlike Adrian Erickson, Larry likes to share. He's got copyright disclaimer placed all over his website as we speak. How long will Larry keep this video up before he takes it down? Will Larry try to profit off this video? So many questions. If authentic, we believe this video is definitely something to be excited about.
Update: Larry says the original video is even better with higher definition than the one he has posted.
Update #2: Larry also has a hair sample that got caught on a hair trap: "I haven't had moonlight yet to test color, but I had a light brown hair on the hair trap about 40 yards away. Don't know if it belongs to the subject or a companion. The hair shows typical Bigfoot characteristics." Click here to see the hair sample.

Success at last!! After many months of patient waiting, I caught a Bigfoot on Video! Those who have followed my blog may remember that I said it would be necessary to use moon light without any infrared lighting, well that has been the case.
The star of the video however, did not follow the script. I expected him to come from the woods in the background, and had the focus set for about 50 yards. But he/she appeared suddenly right in front of the camera at 2 or 3 feet, and backlighted by the moon, both of which prevented a clear view of the face.
And the resolution of this video is reduced to make a more manageable upload.
The subject passed in front of the camera and apparently peered around the corner where the cats are fed, either looking for cat food or a cat, then turned and went back the way it came.
The color of the body fur appears white in the video, but it may be a light brown or tan highlighted by the moon light. I will attempt to do some follow up testing to determine what colors look like in the green night vision. Also will do some follow up photos to determine the size. But I get the impression that it is not very large.
Skeptics, don't bother to send me your claims of fakery, I won't waste my time argueing, if you don't believe, that is your problem. But I want to present this to the ones who have followed me and been supportive.

ReplyDeleteI saw this on Larry's blog tonight and am pretty excited for him and us. I don't know Larry that well, but we have emailed over the last few years with our interest in analysis of BF sounds. Larry knows I think BF's can detect IR light in the 900+nm range and he agreed, at least he dropped any IR sources....and we argued a bit about whether the Gen3+ lenses I had emitted light or was detectible, I feeling it was.. Seems Larry may have proven me wrong...

Very interesting video,but it's just not clear enough to distinguish any features.
ReplyDeleteIt's obviously bipedal.It's difficult to determine the size of the being as well.
It sure is nice to see people who are willing to share their evidence and I wish Larry the best of luck at getting an in focus shot next time.
I need to watch this a few more times.
As far as I can tell, there's not much to see here. If it's slowed down and cleaned up, maybe?

ReplyDeleteI paused throughout to get a good look, and it kind of looks like an old man to me. Really too bad it wandered into the most out of focus area of the image. But it this is really inconclusive (aren't they all?) One problem I have is that the head doesn't really seem to match the head shape of patty and the others. It should be feasible as well to get a height on it, but if it's under 6 feet tall, that's another strike against it methinks.
ReplyDeleteAnother thing I thought of is the new video cameras that are going into the DSLRs now days. With the high quality 6400 ISO's with lenses that are open to 1.4 aperture being relatively affordable, it's going to be a lot easier to catch Sasquatch in the evenings with video, or lit by the moon.
ReplyDeleteThat was great! I would honestly love to have Justin Smedja weigh in on this. He stated that the one he shot was surprisingly human like, I would love to have him confirm or deny that this, although slightly fuzzy, fits what he saw.

ReplyDeletewhatever you think (in my opinion it looks more like an old feral man than your stereotype bigfoot) - it is by far the most intersting video this year. Somehow it automatically sent shivers down my spine - in contrast to all other videos I have seen this year. Yeah, this COULD be the real thing!! But if it is one can observe a great variety of BFs in the woods: there seem to be individuals - or even populations - featuring necks and long, relatively narrow noses and round, very human-like heads.

My goodness. Really? This is so fake that it's beyond question. Since when does bigfoot's skin (fur?) look like that of a hairless rat (even with night vision equipment), complete with bald head, snout, and an ear? (you can pause the video at spots to see these things). This "bigfoot" looks NOTHING like the creatures in the Patterson footage, Freeman footage, Memorial Day footate (and others). If you truly belive that this is the "first 'good' video of sasquatch to come in a long time..." as the title of this article says, then you haven't been viewing some of the other recent clips. This is one of the worst.

ReplyDeleteThis is TESTABLE! Test it. I posted this to Larry's blog but somehow think it won't appear. If you have closed your mind to everything except IT'S BIGFOOT then he has no basis to criticize skeptics. It's hypocritical. When you are asking the public to believe such a claim (ATTENTION all Bigfoot claimants) you must do far better than this. I await a clearer version of this that will knock out my hypothesis and support the Bigfoot side.

ReplyDeleteWell, that is the great divide in the BF community. many feel that the 'old guard' such as krants and today (less so - he is changing) Dr. meldrum. Not to mention all those Monter Quests and Monster Hunter websites...
Many of us have felt (and since the 70's) the "ape" group were way off, in that these are a type of "people" rather than "apes."
It will be interesting to see how all the "inspectors" of video at the Facebook Bigfoot page handle it....
Here is a little sad fact tough. Mr. Surface I am sure has applied for copyright (on-line is easy) as he states so on the video. The problem? By posting on his blog the contents were made avialable to anyone (I don't know how they do it, but they do!) and probably residing on a few hard drives now.
Infringement of copyright requires Larry to sue..yeah, no-one he can call and say make them stop. He has to file (if Superior Ct. maybe $300) a complaint, wait for an answer and so on. So even with a "slam-dunk" suit...he has to find the person and so on.
So, do the guy a favor and don't steal this whole video and "re-do" in YouTube.... allow him this time to really analyze it and we''l wait for an answer!
Wow! Cornflake S. Pecially is looking terrible these days. He hasn't been well since he lost his job years ago when Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood ended it's production run, but I didn't think that things went so bad for Corny since then. He disappeared from society rarely to be seen (I read that he has some type of autograph hunter phobia). What a shock to see Corny unexpectedly captured on film. I know that he's getting on in years, but he looks absolutely terrible in that night vision footage. Hang in there Corny! There are millions of us former kids that still remember you.

ReplyDeleteI am a believer of Sasquatch, but this really does look like an elderly man with no shirt on, hunched over a bit due to probable back problems. It in no way looks like a Sasquatch. I was expected to be blown away by the description and was severally disappointed. Some anonymous fool posted above, "Best video I've seen all year" Really? If you cant tell this is an old man you need your brain and eyes checked out.
ReplyDeleteNow that you look and see nothing but a shirtless old man, this tells us a lot about the will to believe. It clouds judgment. Since Larry (and Loren) like to disregard critical comments, you see where this goes... You can get pretty far away from reality if you surround yourself with yes-men.

ReplyDeleteBut, I don't think you will find any intentional hoaxing, and it does my perception of body type for the Bigfoots in Arizona....
Perhaps why some of us so dislike the "Monster" show stereotype of BF's....we think they are a type of primal people!
So, this will analyzed by everyone who self appoints, and hopefully some who are capable of actually doing so!

ReplyDeleteI once told a creationist I would read any book she wanted me to read if she would read one of my choosing. She told me no. She told me she knew the truth and that was that.
That, my friends, is the definition of closed-mindedness. Even if you belief you've seen bigfoot you have to open your mind to the possibility it isn't real, that your mind played tricks on you, that you were hoaxed.
At one point in my life, I would have sworn up and down I'd seen a demon. In retrospect, it's obvious I was misinterpreting what I saw. When I stopped believing in demons, I stopped seeing them. Imagine that.
Wow, a lot of people on this thread seem to know exactly what Bigfoot looks like up close. Amazing, truly you guys should write a book or something.
ReplyDeleteI can't stop laughing. The people excited about this being the real thing need a serious reality check. I am thoroughly embarrassed. I agree this looks like an old shirtless man. It is definitely NOT a squatch. People use some common sense. No wonder I get laughed at if I bring up the possibility of squatches existing to non-believers. Some in this community are really too gullible.

ReplyDeleteLooks like Larry I have seen the guy and he is very hairy I think what happened id he was setting up his gamecam one summer evening and it triggered him moving in front and out of focus . He looked at it and said wow I look like bigfoot lets see if those dumbasss's in the BF community fall for it ....yup !
