Werewolf on the loose in Woodbridge. Misidentification of Bigfoot?
Spooky Creature Creeping Around Va. Neighborhood |
Someone got creeped out in Woodbridge and called police to report a werewolf in the woods.
Reports of Bigfoot roaming this part of Virginia is common (120 sightings from Prince William County alone). Most of the Bigfoot reports seem to have a common theme: a large, 7- to 10-foot upright creature running away from the witness. It's possible the witness may have caught a glimpse of Bigfoot and mistaken it for something else.
On Monday, Police officers received a call around 10:05 p.m. from a neighbor who reported seeing a suspicious creature roaming the area of Colchester Road and Randall Drive.
According to InsideNova.com, no one else in the area reported anything unusual:
WOODBRIDGE, Va. --
Perhaps county police should start carrying silver bullets.
Officers were called late Monday to the area of Colchester Road and Randall Drive in Woodbridge after a neighbor reported seeing something suspicious.
"A coyote, or a werewolf," said Prince William County police spokesman Jonathan Perok.
The resident said they spotted the creature in the woods at 10:05 p.m.
It wasn't a full moon, and apparently no one else saw any mythical wolf-like creature prowling the streets and woodlines near Featherstone Plaza.
Officers searched, but found no signs of any werewolf, or coyote. No signs of Bigfoot either.
"They were unable to locate," Perok said.

The Prince William County cases include sightings at Leesylvania State Park in Woodbridge, two at Prince William Forest Park, one at Quantico Marine Corps base and another on Aden Road in Nokesville. There have also been sightings in Culpeper and Fauquier counties.
If I find a werewolf with big feet......I'm going to eat it.
