The Boxhill Ape Sighting
From the British Bigfoot Report
Witness Statement: I was by the stepping stones that lead up the hill in the summer of 2012, it was a late summer evening and I was running the steps up and down leading up to the hill, just going about my usual routine. During my training session I had heard, what I now believe to be wood knocking. ..................... As there are many other strange accounts and sightings in the area and the fact that it does tie into the theory that many of the sightings happen at out ancient sites Andy Mcgrath and Trevor Cornwall both well known researchers here in the UK went back in February and did an area check at Boxhill. The area has a lot of cover and at dusk, dawn and night would make for ideal habitat, so close to the south downs and the A.O.N.B it is a place where most visitors will remain on the paths and leave before dusk to the carpark and cars. We will keep you updated with any finds that come in over the next few months and ofcourse if we hear from anyone in the area who has experienced something similar.
