Man and Wife Spot Bigfoot In Montana
From SasquatchChronicles.com:
Also I will be having return guest Derrill from episode 293 on the show. He will be giving us an update on the picture taken below. Derrill writes “My stepdaughter took this pic of red eyes staring in at her while at her aunts house. She told me that she woke up around 2am and saw two red eyes staring in at her. She heard no sounds but she did say that it blinked at her several times before it went away. I went over there to ck out the house and the bedroom window is over 6.5 feet in the side of the house. So what was ever looking in was at least 7′ tall! This window is about 20′ away from small creek that has lots of tree cover. I will include pics of the window, the bank, and the tree cover. This is in York county near York city in PA. What do you think? Bigfoot, or dogman? With the glowing red eyes I go for the latter. This house is at the end of a street and there are no streetlights, so at 2am it’s really, really dark outside. Let me know what you think”

For those unfamiliar with the case, on 20 June 1994, 22 year old David Bain arrived home from his early morning paper delivery in Dunedin to find his family murdered via gunshot. The victims were: his father Robin (58), his mother Margaret (50), his sisters Arawa (19) and Laniet (18), and brother Stephen (14). There was evidence of a violent struggle involving Stephen, who was partly strangled as well as shot. A message was found typed on a computer that said "sorry, you are the only one who deserved to stay". Four days later, David was charged with five counts of murder.
ReplyDeletePoints of note:
DeleteThe defence's argument was that Robin committed the murders and then killed himself. However, it has been noted that Robin had a full bladder when he was shot. How likely is it that someone could murder four people with a full bladder? Also, the weapon in question was a shotgun, and it has been argued that it would be near impossible for Robin to have shot himself with this type of gun. Edit: it was a .22 rifle, not a shotgun. More info here. Thanks u/Toadterror!
It appears the Bains didn't have the happiest home life. Pictures revealed they were rather extreme hoarders, and there were rumours that Robin was having an incestuous relationship with his youngest daughter Laniet, who was planning on "blowing the whistle" the week before the murders occurred.
When police arrived, it was noted that a load of washing had been done recently. David claimed he had washed his clothes because they were covered in black newsprint after his paper run, and had put the wash on before noticing anything amiss in the house.
Do you know whether David Bain was related to Conrad Bain -- the actor who portrayed the father in the hilarious sitcom "Different Strokes"?

Deleteso you`re saying people don`t commit murder if they`re needing a piss ?
potential murderers should drink a lot of water and be kept away from bathrooms.
