What Exactly Is The Flatwood Monster?

During the year of 1952, in Braxton County, West Virginia, witnesses saw a strange glowing craft, a UFO, and a large being that became known as the Flatwood Monster. Some think the creature was an alien, while others believe it to be some sort of cryptid. I however, believe I know the answer.
