Classic Breakdown The Yowie Howler
In his Parabreakdown video, Phil Poling takes a look, or listen rather, to a strange vocalization caught on camera by Yowie researchers in Australia. Upon reviewing the video, Phil notices something familiar about the howl that leaves him, and us, puzzled. Check it out:

DeleteReally? So when did you last speak with them? Or is this more likely bullshit
DeleteFantastic Breakdown!! As soon as I heard the howl I knew exactly what Poling was going to refer to. Though not concrete, this to me is more evidence that we are likely concerned the exact same creature, when we look at the Yowie and the North American Sasquatch.
DeleteAnd yes NC... Neil Frost is worth checking out if you're interested in the Yowie.
DeleteSame here Iktomi. You know, the straitest shot I have up into the Sierras from where I live, ----- Is Hockett Meadow. I've thought about heading up there and doing some recording, but there has only ever been the one incident. About 20 miles south, is where the drawings on the cave walls are that have been featured on several shows. In-between -------- A bunch of Apple orchards --------- Huh?
DeleteWhat you think Iktomi, Maybe this fall? Would you like a new vid of that area. Just a hair closer than Hockett Meadow, is Devils Canyon ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Now how did that place get it's name ????????
My Responce and sighting locations are further to the north, and the boys at Sanger Paranormal are north as well. But maybe I should check it out. If there is a group there, I don't know of anyone checking in on them, ha ha ha.
Sup NC?
TK- I wish I was around when you had posted your encounter, bruddah.
DeleteFascinating insight TK!!! Right on the money on what me and NC were discussing!! I too would love to read your encounter again brother!

DeleteYou guys can read Fresno County, two four wheelers, 1997. Wasn't really much of a sighting. Bout a secounds worth. The funny part is, the critter was a juvy at about 5 - 5'5' a little hunched over as it rode from a squat in the road and took two steps and then over an embakement I couldn't walk down. The critter looked like a little CHEWBACA, HA HA HA HA. It never turned and looked at us, but exact same profile, color and hair-length as Chewbaca. It was 2 am way up a deserted road with snow patches around. There was no-one up there except me and my wheelin buddy. Not for miles around us. I got a SOLID knock responce there 7 years latter -- same spot! And some questionable callbacks on a couple early evening trips in the same area. About 20 miles south of there near Shaver Lake, I have gotten several SERIOUS callbacks and freaked out a few doubters, ha ha ha.
DeleteThanks for the detailed account, TK. Good stuff.
DeleteTK, have you ever been back there to leave food out?
DeleteNo, never bated an area.
