Did Survivorman Les Stroud Capture Footage Of A Bigfoot?

We reported not long ago that Les Stroud was continuing his bigfoot research in Eastern Texas, a known hotbed of bigfoot activity. We've been excitedly awaiting more episodes of Survivorman: Bigfoot to come out, and checking often for any new information to come from the Les Stroud camp. Then today, we come across this from Stroud's official Facebook page:

What this means exactly, we aren't sure, but it sounds like they may have captured an image or possibly footage of a bigfoot. If they did, that would be awesome! We'll certainly be tuning in to find out when the new episodes hit the air.

    1. LMAO! Ya know, from a skeptical point of view, that is well said! However, like Les Stroud, I've had a few hard to explain personal experiences. Kind of gets you wondering. Well, .... if someone were to bring in a body, that would be amazing! I think everybody and their brother are missing the boat when asked what they think the best evidence is. They often will cite the Patterson Film, print casts hair evidence, vast number of sightings, etc. Being a trained biologist, I think the clear cut winner of evidence is undoubtably the body of evidence that the NAWAC has acquired from Area X.

  6. The primal instinct for framing the unknown within a known or familiar context engenders the current climate of speculative hypothesis. The data, when analyzed, should compound the substantial witness record. Any court of law accepts first hand witness testimony when credibility is established. The testimony of experts suffices for most juries nevertheless, the jury is still out on the existence of the purported primate/hominid/unclassified animal. Perhaps Mr. Stroud's excitement is due to new evidence though video is now subject to intense scrutiny amidst charges of CG tampering. I firmly stand with the segment of our community which is calling for the presentation of a specimen, alive preferably, but dead if nothing else... or at least significant portions of a body, say the head, hands and feet, of course. with as much arm and leg attached as can possibly be carried/transported away from a specimen gathering site.
