Researcher Has Found Breeding Population of Bigfoot in Hudson Valley

Check out this really great article about the research being done by the Bigfoot Researchers of the Hudson Valley group. They have even found evidence of a breeding population in Hudson Valley.

"It all began for me one evening many years ago while camping on Stissing Mountain. We own a house on the base of Little Stissing overlooking Twin Island Lake. I was about 15 years old at the time and an avid outdoors woman. I loved fishing, hunting and tracking and spent countless hours in the woods. I set up my camp around dusk and was just relaxing in my tent.

It started to get dark so I decided to turn in for the night. It was very quiet and peaceful and I dozed off, when all of a sudden I heard an Owl! It sounded as if it was right in the tree next to my camp and it startled me. A few minutes later it happened: the loudest howl/growl/scream I had ever heard in my life! I was frozen with fear and started shaking, not knowing what kind of animal could have made this God Awful sound.

I sat there for awhile trying to compose myself and thinking I was in danger of being killed by whatever this thing was. Finally, I got up enough nerve to bolt down the trail and into the house. I was as white as a sheet and shaking like a leaf. My parents asked what was wrong, I told them that there was something up on the mountain and it was after me. At that time we had never heard of Bigfoot."

  2. Well that's odd. The article mentions her business and doesn't say a damn thing about a "breeding population" of bigfoot. Or rabbits. Camels. Hippies. Nothing. My bullshit meter just pegged.

  3. Wow, I would like to know as an ignorant scientist Meaning I dont know seriously how you document a breeding population in an area?

    1. Not sure where the pic of the track came from.

Correct AJ. I'd be interested to find out how these guys came to their conclusions.

The highlighted 'encounter' of hearing an 'unknown' scream as a kid does not bode well for solid research.

Lots of things make strange noises in the woods. Kids unfortunately cannot determine between a coyote and a 800lb blood thirsty bigfoot....

    2. Well Anon 11:48, when you have reports within a small geographical area, say 100 miles radius, and most of the reports are of different sizes or age groups, then one can conclude that there is a breeding population. Duh!

I am a lover of dogs and they love me that is probably why about ten years ago I had a face to face with a big male and he let me get kind of close to him. His ears were up and he was relaxed. We both stood there for what must have been a full minute when he just turned his head away and walked into the swamp tall grasses

My neighborhood is full of hunting dogs. And non of them even barked. This was at about midnight and they were asleep. The wolf was standing under my neighbors garage light so he was completely illuminated. Man was he well groomed and beautiful

I could not figure out why the neighbor dogs didn't bark. An old neighbor much wiser than I explained that because the wolf is wild that he did not have a scent of a domesticated dog and the hunting dogs did not relate to the scent and thus ignored it as a threat. Either that or they were flat out cowered into submission. This wolf was at least 150 lbs

Linwood has the tobico march system. I would keep my eyes open for signs. Always have your camera. I do now
