Awesome Reviews of Survivorman Bigfoot Episode 1: We Love It (Spoiler Alert)
Survivorman Bigfoot episode 1 was an eye-opener for Les Stroud. He starts out as a skeptic, and seems to be slowly turning into a believer. Whether or not he becomes a true believer is still up in the air as episode one ended with a cliffhanger. Here are some awesome reviews by BFE readers Mike B. and Rob Taylor:
Mike B.: Without ruining this for you just let me say that Les was not disappointed
Within the first five minutes of viewing "Survivorman Bigfoot" Part 1, I abandoned all hope of sleeping last night. As a person whose stalked through the woods in search of something I knew was simultaneously stalking me, I could feel Les Stroud and a rather quiet Todd Standing were on the track of real subjects.

The researcher and enthusiast in me woke up and abandoned the humorist at the Tall Pines and I went for a little trip with Les and Todd as Les shed his skeptic skin and fell face first off the Cliff of the Wild Man. I did not care whether labels of Giganto were used or from what schools of thought these guys approached it. I was too mesmerized by the gigantic tree structure that Todd took Les to, not fifteen minutes into the program.

As Les Stroud, accomplished outdoorsmen, tracker and survivor went through his mental checklist of what it wasn't that created the huge tree totem: snow melt, rot, erosion, it became obvious that we were looking at perhaps the most significant Sasquatch tree structure that has ever been filmed. And that was just the beginning.
As Standing took Les further into the remote High Country pines following an old trap line that the Subjects had snapped their own timber against, Stroud became more and more convinced that no man or beast or weather event was there for misinterpretation.

Finally. It was a return "Whoop" call that lit up Les Stroud's pupils and then it was time to pitch camp. Without ruining this for you just let me say that Les was not disappointed. I for one cannot wait for part two.
Since I began my own journey into this very real and sometimes frightening nocturnal phenomenon of cat and mouse with my forest betters, very few nighttime spook stories and absolutely no television programs have given me that cedar thicket pitch black shiver when something goes SNAP in the dark. That is until last night. When I watched Survivorman Bigfoot Part 1 -- and remembered what it's like to be scared and alone in the woods.
Rob Taylor: Survivorman Bigfoot might be the best bigfoot show I have seen since History Channel's Definitive Guide to Bigfoot
Les Stroud is taken deep into the Canadian wilderness by Todd Standing. A controversial figure in the main stream and the bigfoot community. Todd Standing became know for his video that he shot of a muppet looking creature. How could we trust Mr Standing? The video was short, the creature did not blink once, and it did not move. Let's just say most of us did not buy into Todd Standing.

— Bigfoot Evidence (@BigfootEvidence) March 20, 2014
The story surrounding the video was the cherry on top for me. One of Todd Standing's associates or friends called into the authorities to say he was missing. Too me it seemed like a media blitz to promote a movie or a website Todd Standing was working on. What could Todd Standing do for people to trust that he did not HOAX? Bring in an outsider, just one, not a crew of people (which would of happen with the Finding Bigfoot Crew) one man that was skeptic of Todd himself and Bigfoot. What better person than the Survivorman Les Stroud, a popular TV personality, an outdoorsman with more experience in the wilderness then most of the people reading this combined!
Todd and Les find another stick structure. He seems somewhat convinced. https://t.co/SOPBjY2hTX
— Bigfoot Evidence (@BigfootEvidence) March 20, 2014
Survivorman Bigfoot might be the best bigfoot show I have seen since History Channel's Definitive Guide to Bigfoot. This show was made with a scientific purpose not ratings. Made my heart race the whole time, just what the bigfoot community needed. Field investigating, tracking, and not what happened but what is going to happen. Just Todd and Les in the woods coming across huge stick structures about every 2 miles, calls being echoed back at them minutes later. It seems that their is a lot more action and evidence to come in the next episode.

ReplyDeleteAMAZING STUFF!!!!!!!!!!!!
DeleteI have to agree with the assessments up top... I thought this the best thing I've seen.
DeleteWhat does this mean for Standing?
I know.
Care to explain how a lemur inseminated a human female 15,000 years ago and actually produced viable offspring? Especially offspring that was capable of reproducing?
DeleteGood morning people WTF IS GOIN ON and before you say anything link or your full of shiit
Delete2:04...
DeleteI think I've been very careful (and sensible) not to lend my opinion on that, what I have done is put all the facts out there, not to mention the exact quotes. If there was nothing to her study, then why the censorship?
"It's headed a little more towards the lemur line, oddly enough. It is definitely NOT an ape. And it's interesting that we found out that there is an extinct lemur that weighed 400 or 500 pounds. Also, they had opposable thumbs and hooded noses. It really freaked me out that we had lemur. I did not expect that (laughs)."
- Dr. Melba Ketchum
Hooded nose, opposable thumbs? Like I suggested, don't attack me, I'm just the vehicle for fair play.
Hey Harry!!
DeleteGotta work people! Be back later on!!
Peace.
Have a good day Joe
DeleteJoe don't believe her nonsense I bought in the first year I was here she strung us along for a year and apparently a few years before that only to self publish her findings because in my opinion she was scamming everyone then scammed people out of $35 bucks a piece to get her self published paper she's really full of it joe scamming people is all she's doing
DeleteTodd Standing, the most credible bigfoot researcher out there!! #FACT
DeleteWho is attacking the messenger? I would just like some clarification on how a male lemur reproduced with a female human and not only produced offspring but offspring capable of reproducing itself.
DeleteIt's simply not possible. Lemurs are so far from our genetic tree that to even suggest it is unacceptable. If humans cannot mate successfully with chimpanzees or orangutans, how can something even further from us, genetically speaking, be capable of it?
^ Denialist!
DeleteYou've been banging on about lemurs since I presented you with the truth about her work's censorship (so much so that you brought it off topic here), so I think I'm at liberty make that claim.
DeleteTo be honest, I would agree with you, but for Nature Journal to send it to peer review, there has to be something in the finer details to warrant such a initial proposal? Why would the Journal of Advanced Zoological Exploration in Zoology accept it at peer review (only to pull out at the very last second)? Surely the thought of a pre-lemur's participation in this would have been rejected outright, right?
Like I said, I'm inclined to agree with you, but the initial actions of major institutions towards the paper doesn't add up to me.
So it doesn't add up in your eyes therefore lemurs can produce viable offspring with humans?
DeleteQuite a leap.
Nope... What doesn't 'add up'; is those big hitters not noticing such a fallacy, if indeed the finer details determined it couldn't be possible.
DeleteI'm on the fence about it all, but the way the study was treated is very significant and I'm not one to ignore key factors because something doesn't sit well with me.
I see dead people.
DeleteQuite a talent.
DeleteI see Joe's grandfather. He says he is very ashamed at how his grandson turned out.
DeleteI see dead people twerking. Nothing but bones shaking.
DeleteIDIOT ALERT! idiots on here! go to your basement losers!
Deleteshaking his bone while reading ^
DeleteYou've never found any droppings, a place where they bed down and no one has ever shot and killed one. There are hunters here in Texas with dogs that can track anything. Why haven't you used dogs? Oh, yes MONEY!
DeleteOnce a hoaxer always a hoaxer. His sister and production company is in on it. Poor Les.
ReplyDeletehttp://squatchdetective.weebly.com/sylvanic--todd-standing.html
DeleteThis is the dumbest most inaccurate article I ever read. Someone needs to get their facts straight.
DeleteHow is it more scientific than ratings when they don't have any decent equipment, no FLIR, nothing.
ReplyDeleteI agree with that, no night vision is absurd for this level of production.
DeleteMe too 2:24. Maybe in a future episode they bring equipment such as FLIR or night vision? Or perhaps, they avoided bringing it to increase the chances of an encounter. Since some think that sasquatch are sensitive to that type of equipment.
DeleteStanding must be a stand up guy for Stroud to accompany him into the woods. If only he had not shot that muppet video I would be a Todd Standing supporter 100%
Actually my comment about sensitivity to FLIR is stupid when they bring all those cameras into the woods (duh)
DeleteI know you guys are forgiving on this blog, so it's ok right?
Why bring night vision when no one else has succeeded with it. It's mainly for drama and the spooky look that comes across the TV. Not because it's an effective tool. It seems to me most credible footage is captured during the day. Moneygrubber is the one that claims they are nocturnal but seeing how he has captured exactly bumbkis evidence in his so called career, which leads me to ask, How the hell does he know they are nocturnal? Or anything else about them for that matter? Keep in mind that Stroud's resume includes professional videographer. And the vast amount of his work is done in some of the remotest places on Earth. I'll defer to him on the equipment he thinks he needs.
DeleteLes isn't exactly a genius in that department. He's a documentarian that has a few small cameras he uses to film himself, he's not some wizard with full on major production or something.
DeleteJoe seems to bleeve teh bigfoot be nocturnal, purely based on anecdotal evidence though. Maybe you can ask him why he thinks that, even though seasoned and experienced bigfooters like John Jones and Mike Brookreson seem to highly disagree.
There would be a much larger number of sightings during the day if that were true. The fact that day:night sightings are equal suggests more activity at night, since it would be much harder to have a sighting in low light conditions.
DeleteYour wrong Anon 6:01 Even the show Finding Big foot eye witnesses sightings were 90% during the DAY. Look at ALL the Big foot sighting reports and they average 95% during
Deletethe DAY!
Just try it yourself, go out at night looking. You can't see anything, and cannot walk quietly etc.
Searching for them, and visible signs can only be achieved during the DAY!
According to the BFRO:
DeleteDaytime and nighttime sightings are almost equal in number despite the severely limited sight distance and coverage for observers at night, an indication of the much greater nocturnal activity of the sasquatch.
http://www.bfro.net/gdb/show_FAQ.asp?id=587
There are a lot more reports in the BRFO database than there are sightings featured on Finding Bigfoot.
5:50. Actually he is a very good film maker and camera man. His shows consist of a lot more than sticking a camera next to his camp fire. He also composes and films all the establishing shots and edits them as well. He's very talented at about everything he does. Music, survival, film making. You name it.
DeleteNight time searching for Big foots are way harder and less productive than during the day!
DeleteWas this not only on Canadian TV? Maybe in the states in a couple of weeks. I will wait until then.
ReplyDeleteChuck
What?
DeleteNone of that makes any sense.
Sorry. I looked up Travel and Escape channel two days ago and it stated it was Canadian with only outlets to either 4.6 million viewers or Canadian households, thus a very limited market. In any case it is not on my dish network locally and I will have to wait. Hope this clears it up.
DeleteChuck
Don't get your hopes up for Todd Standing to deliver the goods.
ReplyDeletehttp://squatchdetective.weebly.com/sylvanic--todd-standing.html
Whatever your opinion of his photographs, if he's getting credible people on board, who are in turn confirming experiences, then that's significant.
DeleteNot really.
DeleteIt's kind of like ghost chasers saying "I feel it. It's sad and I have goose bumps!" then the gullible person they brought in saying "I have the chills too! It feels lonely and cold!"
Might be entertaining for television and stoners but it's just another woo situation.
... A 'woo situation' that has total transparency for anyone who can get into that area he's researching in.
DeleteAnd so far he's managed to convince Stroud?
Doesn't add up.
You need a new calculator Joe.
DeleteHere is a statement from the BFRO forums:
ReplyDeleteThe wildly overblown, self-serving assertions made by Todd Standing in those Canadian newspaper articles are quite misleading. We interviewed Todd Standing, as one of several witnesses in Alberta. He used the opportunity to drum up publicity for himself in Calgary papers. That’s what he’s all about — he’s a publicity hound. We interviewed him and basically debunked him on camera. His tales were full of contradictions and couldn’t stand up to our questioning.
Usually the four investigators are not unanimous when some of us feel a witness is not credible. In Todd’s case we all came away feeling that he is not credible, and we said so afterwards.
Read more here:
http://www.ghosttheory.com/2011/09/07/is-this-the-final-nail-in-the-standing-coffin
And those four nincompoops were appointed authorities by whom exactly?
DeleteYou know footage has to be pretty bad when Matt, Bobo, and Cliff all think it's fake.
DeleteWhen it comes from a perceived competitor, you can bet your last dollar they would dismiss it. If so-called bigfooters spent as much time looking for the damn thing as they do bashing each other like third graders on the playground, they might have found him a long time ago. I'll suggest any Fasano, Dyer, Merchant video or Bigfoot Evidence blog as proof. These guys are about attracting attention. Sasquatch is just the means to do it.
DeleteMatt MoneyMaker butt must be tingling right now. The B.F.R.O. is as creditable as Rick Dyer or Tom Biscardi. The Finding Bigfoot show was abruptly cancelled in it's 4th season, as the ratings went so low, they did not finish the 4th season.
DeleteIf this show is done right, it will be a hit! Todd MAY redeem himself with this show, maybe?
At least Todd goes deep into the woods, and didn't have an army of cameramen following him around!
Is he, or was he, a Hoaxer? Probably/ but never the less, he has waaaaay more outdoor experience than MoneyMaker, that's for sure.
When watching the show, I will look for those little details, or the way Todd explains himself etc. I just hope they don't add fake stamped tracks etc, like the Mountain Monsters show does. I hope they keep it REAL as possible.
Keep in mine, the the Finding Big foot show, showed many videos that were later proven Hoaxed, and a lot of the Videos they showed were of very, very poor quality too. So for them to "put down" Todd, is calling the kettle black!
DeleteThere is a lot of jealousy and Envy within the BF community!
I have no videos or claimed proof yet I still think he is a hoaxer. I am in no way jealous. Anyone who doesn't believe him is just jealous? No.
DeleteThey also called out The Squatchmaster. Is that because they are jealous of him?
DeleteI also hope they do hardly any Howling, wood knocks, or searching at night. These practices, have FAILED for over 60 years or so!
DeleteName ONE practice that has succeeded.
DeleteZagnut bars.Yea,Zagnuts.
DeleteYou know who else is a hoaxer?
DeleteJohn Jones.
Anon 5:49 is absolutely correct about some of these so called researchers (particularly the ones he names) Every single one of them use bigfoot as a means to promote themselves into some type of celebrity status.
DeleteThe first time I watched Sahebi's Extinct podcast I knew what those guys were all about and what the main focus was. It was obvious to most people who follow this phenomenon what their goal was.
Of course it led to in-fighting and selfish behaviour. In Bigfootland It always does.
^^^^^^Good morning John Jones. Why don't you come out and play?
DeleteI don't know what your talking about. John W. Jones has a severe stroke in February and by all indications will not survive, so he's not been writing here. I guess your mistaken, buddy!
DeleteHe's had nothing of the sort and is recouperating from shoulder stabelization, along with writing his book.
DeleteWith one arm and still writing, he'd woop all your a*ss.
Learn some respect.
Yeap, thats true, John Spoke is Joe Fitzgerald. The sky burial theory was Joe's, but it just never caught on. Poor little Joe/John Spoke.
DeleteThe BFRO policy has always been to discredit all other researchers who present evidence. This way, the BFRO maintains their position at the top of the pile. Having personally experienced multiple slander attacks, I know that they will even call on employees of the U.S. Forest Service in order to impliment this plan. Just ask Kathy Strain about that. She eventually resigned from the BFRO.
DeleteAnother policy is that the BFRO owns all evidence found by, and all books written by, their minions.
The BFRO minions are prevented from making public announcements without clearing them through Moneymaker first.
Finally, the BFRO minions operate on a 24/7 directive to discredit all videos and audio recordings, in the same instant that you view or hear them. Just ask Cliff Barackman about that.
Check out these stills from Todd's first video that you had to PAY for:
ReplyDeletehttp://1.bp.blogspot.com/_qXcRUWD1NVc/Sz_OY2rQBnI/AAAAAAAABNA/pbWYfVBHAuQ/s1600-h/german+standing2.png
Now, does that HONESTLY look like a real flesh and blood creature?
Read more here:

Do you think Moneymaker would manage to trek into Sylvanic? Me neither.
DeleteSeems to me that was the main issue here, because Todd wouldn't take them to an area that had already been compromised once, and due to it being one of the most hostile places on the planet; it got poo-poo'd. I thought he was treated unfairly.
Joe, did you LOOK at the picture in that link? Do you really think that is a real bigfoot? That suit is a ridiculous obvious fake. Matilda looks better than that cheap furball.
DeleteAnd that was before he "refined" his craft with the paper mache' muppets. Todd is a hoaxer and NOTHING he puts out will EVER be taken seriously by anyone who isn't blinded by faith.
DeleteJoe, you seem to be very new to the whole bigfoot world.
DeleteI would have to admit that the photographs are quite a shock and would naturally attract the wrong attention... The truth is regardless of this, Todd is managing to get the right attention, that's significant.
DeleteThough I'm leaning towards the photos being legit, I am still going to refrain from being totally committed publicly, until I can get to the bottom of this Outstanding Productions lark.
Last note to the person trying to condescend me at 5:03... Take a look at the video on YouTube that shows the subjects in the photographs' mouth and eyeballs move.
It's a production company owned by Todd's sister.
DeleteIf you think that or the muppets are real, that's all that needs to be said.
You are either gullible, clueless, or a straight up fibber.
Anyone who has actually seen a bigfoot will tell you they are 1,000% FAKE. The human proportions alone are enough to thoroughly debunk them.
DeleteAnd the "eye and mouth movement". I can't find the link right now but I know I've read that his sister is a makeup artist. The also own a production company together. His "bigfoots" are nothing more than props, makeup, and BAD fur suits.
Realizing one of your heroes is a fraud may hurt at first, but hopefully, in the future, you will be a little more skeptical.
6:29... I have heard this, but I would like to dig a little deeper and get to the bottom of it all. You have Bigfoot researchers with brothers/sisters in all kinds of employment & professions, and there is a chance that it's a mere coincidence.
Delete6:33... Proportions? Those proportions look fine to me?? I have also spoken to a few researchers who have seen these creatures, who also concur with what Todd has 'photographed'... Not so black and white is it???
Heroes? I think you'll find the first time Outstanding Productions was brought up on this thread, was by me... I think you'll also find I've been quite open about not totally commuting on the photographs until I can get to the bottom of these accusations. It is not 'skeptical' to leap to a conclusion, because you have possible coincidence and a counter argument not heard from Todd, still to play with.
Hopefully, in the future, you will learn the true meaning of being skeptical and also brush up on your reading skills... Absorbing the content of a comment is important in preventing making yourself looking silly.
http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_qXcRUWD1NVc/Sz_OY2rQBnI/AAAAAAAABNA/pbWYfVBHAuQ/s1600-h/german+standing2.png
DeleteThis subject has human proportions. 100% guy in a fur suit. Take your blinders off. You are making yourself look like a complete idiot.
Looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, chances are it's a duck.
DeleteThe FB hoaxed video, the Outstanding productions stuff, the muppets, the false RCMP search party claims, and so much more.
Once a hoaxer always a hoaxer.
7:12... There is not enough pixel quality to make any fair determination from those pictures. I would also like to remind you that Sasquatch, or a type of have human proportions... So no, not 100% man in a fur suit. I would like to remind you that the kinisthetics expert that studied the subject in that footage, also determined that the time it took 'it' to get from point A to point B, was out of the range of possibility for a 'normal human'.
DeleteAgain... These are just the wider facts regarding the stuff, and like I have said; I have not totally committed on these photographs & video until I can get to the bottom of the accusations (that's the correct way to go, not conclude on possibilities and probables) take off your blinkers and read my comments properly.
Oh and lastly... If you have seen the Sylvanic documentary, you would have been aware of a comparison shot that Todd does... Here you get a little idea of comparison scale of both a 'normal human' and the subject. Furthermore, the bank that the subject negotiates as easy as it does, is seemingly very difficult for a normal human to do, as easy and as quickly as it does.
DeleteAgain... Just putting the wider factors out there.
zoom in on the last picture. Look at the subjects "left ankle" looks like a pant leg to me.
DeleteCan't quite make that out??? I am trying...
DeleteJoe can't see nothing but squatch with his "bleever blinders" on.
Deletebeer goggles are the rage
Delete9:22...
DeleteRecommends I should see something that isn't there... And then calls someone else a 'bleever'?
(Sigh)
If Fraud Standing is involved, you can immediately dismiss it as BS.
ReplyDeleteDamn straight.
Delete^ BFRO member perhaps? The various groups in this "field" remind me of the scene from the coliseum bleachers in The Life of Brian. One group of nitwits flinging poo at another group of nitwits.
DeleteNot in this lifetime. I've just been around this scene long enough to detect bull crap with just the faintest waft.
DeleteYou're just smelling your Depends.Time to change them.
DeleteHey joe the only problem that Todd S has is he really isn't a outdoors person, he's learning as he goes and he is also not a hunter so for this type of research he is having a lot of learning curves to hurdle along the way! He's covered that part up pretty well and don't get me wrong he's doing a good job but if he could get a real outdoors men out with him on a steady basis things would change fast for him! This show will appeal to the bf people and if hunters and real outdoors people watch it they will realize that there is really some type of bf animal out there buy simply watching episode one! Thing is the other 90% of the population will not understand anything about the tree structures and not even give it a second thought! So agian back to square one for the bf researchers but I think for the Bigfoot community this is the show they been waiting for and if the ratings r good enough there will be more to come, it's just going to take the right person with $$$$ to watch this and say " hey let's find this animal and make some money doing it"!! Ttl
ReplyDeleteThe only problem Todd S. has is that he is a hoaxer.
DeleteOh ya on the night vision stuff and everything else related that hasn't worked in the past arnt u guys sick of it already? Wouldn't u rather see something during daylight hours? Let the show play out and than start complaining about it, I think what they done so far is better than anything out there given its legit and les isn't pulling a fast one ! Episode 2 is going to make the world belive!
DeleteSounds like the footers telling people to "wait and see" during the whole "Shooting Bigfoot" fiasco. Is that you Fabio?
DeleteWWKWWK!
DeleteFabio Chili Con Queso.
Hey TTL!!!!
DeleteHey joe! Ttl read my comment at the bottom about monster x ep and if u listen to it u will learn all about this area and what really happen in the past there with the trappers who were run out by the bfs and how Todd apperently jumped on another guys research area etc u would have to listen to the blog talk ep to understand more of what's really going on etc
DeleteWho are Mike B. and Rob Taylor? I do not doubt they are qualified, just do not know of them.
ReplyDeleteFor Rob. If you think Bigfoot the Definitive Guide was good, remember they spent an entire segment on one eyed Jack Rink's assertion that sightings were shamans that were shape shifting, and zero time on P/G analysis, I would sincerely request to watch the two best. Sasquatch Legend meets Science and Bigfoot the truth Behind both done in the last four years and involve a great deal of science.
Chuck
Team AIMS gonna git to da bottom of PGF fer shur. Yes sir.
Delete5 33. I really like the team Aims approach. However they are hindered by large production crews and time constraints to spend enough time in one area. The production is over the top, but I like it anyway.
DeleteChuck
Legend meets science was done over 11 years ago.
DeleteHow is it you are wrong more than you are right in your statements and assertions? Outside of retelling old stories, you fib a lot.
Chuck!
DeleteMike B is none other than Mike Brookreson. I do agree with you about the Defintive Guide... A major hang up for me about it was that they claimed Skunk Ape sightings were escaped chimps?!
(Sigh)
Fasano already proves skunk apes were nothing more than rhesus monkey's.
DeleteMike B sent me some "Excellent' pictures of Big foots! He has a lot of creditability! He will not present them here, and for good reason.
DeleteMike's a good man and works hard. I'm pleased you liked his photographs, you may want to check out Texas Hillcountry Cryptozoological Society channel on YouTube.
DeletePeace.
I saw his blurry pictures of black and orange blobs. Unimpressive.
DeleteThat's just the stigmas in your eyes. Laser surgery for the eyes. It's a wonderful thing.
DeleteThey are actually leaving the tree line in front of Mike, some very impressive shots there
DeleteJoe still looking for new people to stalk I see.
DeleteBoy. Some of the comments have really peeked my interest and hope it plays in the US soon. Can't believe his main channel Discovery did not have this first. Having Todd Standing does not diminish Les Stroud in the least. Yoiu have to remember most viewers will be unaware of Todd. I do not believe his video released a few years ago to be real, but I know his heart and passion to get them recognized and protected is most admirable, and I hope he succeeds. I have been a fan of Stroud's his since 02 or 03. When Les took the gamble a couple of years ago by relating his experience off camera in Alaska and then later in Ontario, I thought great. Maybe one of the most respected and recognizable outdoorsman can get the ball rolling in a different and necessary direction, and now it is happening. If ratings are good maybe Les can expand it to other woodsmen and researchers here in the States. From what I have heard lately maybe Bear and/or Coonbo Baker would be good candidates. Also Cliff Barackman, Stacy Brown, Derek Randles, Bart Curtino, and of course Will Jevning. There are many others also. Bring it on.
ReplyDeleteChuck
It doesn't matter where his heart and passion is. He is a hoaxer and therefore has no credibility.
DeleteYou don't know much about the Internet, do you?
DeleteDon't want to wait? Watch it online for free. You can watch just about anything you want online.
And get an HDMI cable, run it from your computer to your TV and then you have it on your big screen.
Are you 80 or something?
The noble hoaxer LOL!!!
DeleteI just don't understand why Todd gets a pass. His puppets just enforce the notion that bigfoot is a joke to the outside world. He is no different than Rick Dyer. Bigfoot will never be taken seriously if these obvious hoaxes keep getting promoted.
DeletePancakes.Yea,pancakes.
ReplyDeleteflapjacks better ; )
DeleteThe area there in is of the guy who was on dragons den trying to get funding for a show on bf, also this man is saying he bought a 50 cal last year in order to kill a Bigfoot and he was on monster x radio talking about his plan and how Todd S has tryed taking over his area which your watching on surviver, there's a lot more to this episode then meets the eye! Ttl
ReplyDeleteWhose area?
DeleteThat's public lands fool
DeleteAron ? Was the guys name on monster x radio ep kill or no kill, u will here all about this area les and Todd are researching etc
ReplyDeleteI think the show would have even more success if they brought in other well known researchers like Chuck listed above. If Todd is the dominate "Expert' the show may fail, because of his reputation. I have mixed feelings about Todd, but he (I think) first introduced the concept of "Day watchers" (Big foots almost always travel in pairs, with one always watching etc) which, from my experience is true! Of course time will tell. But it will not be a bad show unlike Finding Bigfoot, Mountain Monsters, or 10 Mill bounty. They were all stupid shows!
ReplyDeleteTodd is not the main person in the show he might say 5 words and the show is nothing like any of the other bf show so don't worry 6:44
ReplyDeleteI want to have my woolly mammoth cloned.
ReplyDeleteGRAYs been cloning here for years
Deletethey be cloning their woolly mammoth
Deletelots of times Reptilian humanoids look like bigfoots, so you thinking you seeing bigfoot but they are Reptilian humanoids
ReplyDeleteor batsquatch or sheepsquatch or geckosquatch or dogman or goatsquatch
Deleteor.................
The beginning of the next hoax
ReplyDeleteexcept the GRAYs and their ongoing cloning program, they been doing it for years
DeleteNo, nnno, nnnnnooooo! I'm not listening anymore. I just can't deal with this anymore. My life to date revolves around using money and power to control those around me, and surround me in luxury. My parents never taught me about any Bigfoot. My instructors never taught me about any Bigfoot. If Bigfoot was real, somebody would have said something. I can't control Bigfoot with money or power. Now I have nightmares about Bigfoot. Somebody is going to pay for this, and pay bigtime so that I can get more money. I am surrounded by nutcases. No, I am not nuts so leave me alone.
ReplyDeletePart 1 is a yawner. Part 2 is more exciting but they did not actually capture any audio, and is a setup for Part 3.
ReplyDeleteI thought that Todd was going to have Les crawling into Sylvanic for 20 miles, with a full backpack, their faces glued to the ground and no potty break. Boy was I disappointed about that.
ReplyDeleteThat's it! Les is done fore! He's now got the "Big foot on the Brain syndrome". now everything he hears, sees or is told, was caused by a Big foot! No cure for this!
ReplyDeleteI agree this is a concern as i am "ruined " in the same way. Les has spent alot of time in the woods and according to him has in fact heard sounds that he cannot explain on several occasions. I believe that now he has dug deeper in the bigfoot world he can now put it to good use and have a good chance at proving existance. Ignirance has been bliss in the past but im sure his alaska and ontario expieience has opened a door that he and other researchers like myself cant and dont want to close
DeleteSo there is your 15 minutes of fame Todd, now beat it.
ReplyDeleteLooks shopped, and I have seen a few shops in my time.
ReplyDeleteI always liked Les. So sad.
ReplyDeleteHe done goofed.
ReplyDeleteThe consequences will never be the same.
ReplyDeleteAll over the internets.
ReplyDeleteI know where Standing's trap line is.
ReplyDeleteShall debunk after the snow melts a bit.
ReplyDeleteI live closer to the location than that city boy Standing.
ReplyDeleteWould be interested in chatting with you as i have been tapping this area for a couple years. Drop me a line at wazz_green@hotmail.com. i am always looking for research partners. I run the western canadian woodape conservatory along with several collegues.

DeleteWould love to catch him setting up his next hoax, and quietly freak him out from a distance. God that would be so fun.
ReplyDeleteWhat a tool.
ReplyDeleteI'll be in that area all summer, and will prowl that cut line a few times as much as I can. It is B.S. my peeps, I assure you.
ReplyDeleteThe cut line is well known, the trap corridor is also well known, and the "legend" of the frightened trapper is well known. Some guy is trying to raise money on the T.V. show Dragon's Den (Canada's Shark Tank) to buy equipment and get attention to Green Screen this area and make a few bucks.
ReplyDeleteHaving said all this, only one hunter I know ever saw an "ape" (in his words) in Alberta. Not remotely close to this b.s. "Sylvanic" area.
ReplyDeleteStanding and his sister would be better off creating another Jim Henson type product, like Sesame Street or the Muppets with their skills. Far more honest.
ReplyDeleteI find it difficult to rule out the idea that Todd may have an accomplice or two in the woods with him. Not saying he does, but not saying he doesn't either. He brought Les in to this area. I'd find it more credible if Les were to happen upon this stuff while he was out filming an episode of Survivorman on his own.
ReplyDeleteFortunately, what people who are inexperienced in the field think, does not matter in the final analysis. Humans make a lot more noise than Bigfoot and cannot hide while standing nearby. For the experienced researchers, it is completely absurd to even think that Standing had accomplices.
DeleteLes is now saying on this episode that what he is hearing is what he has heard in the wilderness alone. So now he's piecing his 20 year experience together and seeing it in a different light.
DeleteThe B.F.R.O. expeditions, are well known to those that precipitated in them, that their were "people in the woods' other than them. Draw your own conclusions!
ReplyDeleteSasquatch Ontario has the episode loaded on their YouTube. As a US fan it won't matter I'll rewatch it when aired in US. All the stuff Les is doing is what I've read and followed regarding bigfoot. The only question I have is why these BF look so different. Very human. Can't wait for the second installment.
ReplyDeleteI see my post has been deleted. Somebody not interested in the truth? There's an animal living in the forests of North America that has been seen by hundreds, if not thousands, of people and they are not all misidentifications. Most people don't report it because nobody wants to believe them. Too bad. Won't be long before the sceptics can eat sasquatch dung.
ReplyDeletemaybe use a bonafide account? :)
DeleteALL I know is 90% or more of these so called bigfoot researchers/hunters would not know the outdoors from their own back yard and that is the truth people.....
ReplyDeleteBring me a dead one, or a bone, a tooth, something. The fact that nothing has ever been found says a lot. No hunter has ever shot one? Come on.
ReplyDeletebig foot is a worker for aleins.thats why none has been caught
ReplyDeleteBigfoot / Sasquatch creatures are alien in nature and they go in spaceships that are hidden that explains why they are never found dead ;) REALLY !
ReplyDeleteI have question...in the episode which aired tonight, April 8, Les came upon a pile of droppings which was not bear scat, and which he characterized as "too large" to be human. Why not take a sample ( or the whole pile) and have DNA testing done?
ReplyDeleteHe needs to fry up some bacon like that other "researcher". If you don't attract bigfoot, at least you get to eat.
