Bigfootology's Rhettman A. Mullis Finally Comments On The Bigfoot Files - Sykes Documentary

Rhettman A. Mullis has just published a statement regarding The Bigfoot Files documentary that aired in the U.K in October. While Dr. Bryan Sykes' paper is in peer-review and a book is scheduled to come out in the spring, Mullis remains tight-lipped, but hints on another important project. "We are embarking on another project in which we will test some people who claim or have been told that they have Bigfoot ancestry. We know of several and have leads on more," Mullis writes. On The Bigfoot Files episodes, Mullis says the show is focused on entertainment, and clearly sees an agenda branding Bigfoot believers as "wackos". He writes:
While the quality of the show is good in terms of graphics and filmography, it is very clear that Icon’s agenda was to show the Bigfoot community is a collective of “wackos.” Bryan and I knew that they would attempt to do this. We agreed that I would warn everyone I could that Icon may try to capture an emotional reaction to the “gotcha” moment and not to fall for it. Apparently that did not work. Did you notice that most of the results were just posted on a map with Mark Evans narrating? There is a reason for that, because they cut Bryan out of all of that. They showed Igor’s response and Justin’s response, because of their emotional reactions. They already made Igor and Dan Shirley look foolish. However, Dan had a good response, and we agree with Dan. We know Bigfoot exist and we will continue our work despite Icon’s agenda to make the world think they have closed the case on what Yeti/Bigfoots are. Bryan and I know better, as do many of you reading this.

There's so much more to come of this Sykes stuff and if he's going down this route then if positive, it would seal so much of the native legends that have always said both tribes have interbred. This could be why so many Bigfoot have such Native features... I particularly enjoy looking at Harvey Pratt's renditions for examples of this.
DeleteThere is a tribe in the PNW (I can't remember who they are called; shameful), that would swap babies between tribes (Bigfoot and Native American) and then those babies would be swapped back at the age of 8 years old.

DeleteHe is specifically intentionally looking for hominids, which shows that Sykes has placed enough credence in some evidence and reports in order for him to have launched this project.
Him doing much of the work through self-funding also reveals probably some confidence in the viability of the topic.

DeleteI actually think it's rational for people to not believe in something in total ignorance of what goes on in the Bigfoot world. But there is just too much consistency, too much things going on for too long for it all to be BS.
DeleteSomeone said it a few weeks ago and I loved it... That in all the accounts and all the pieces of evidence, it just takes one of those sources to be legitimate... And Bigfoot is real.
Just take a look at this article for examples; science is asking the questions, what an exciting time to be into those subject! I'm pretty sure that Sykes wouldn't be letting Mullis say these things if they weren't true.

How can this site sway anyone pro or con? Naysayers have always been. Nothing posted here would have ever swayed them. Had Sykes said "There is something to this." Naysayers would have pointed out the cons of genetic research. (Just as they did with Melba before her character was attacked. But when it came to her Character, ape campers did most of the damage.)
DeleteHere is what you guys who are losing (or lost) faith need to know. Genetics has Darwinist all over it. Of those Darwinist's, there are two opposing sides. "Out of Africa and Out of Asia. "Out of Africa" came first. then "Out of Asia" became prominent until the 1930's then it was back to "Out of Africa." But then new fossil evidence points back to Out of Asia. The problem with "Out of Asia" is that aside from an opposing Darwinist faction, you have creationists backing this theory as well. So the out of Africa Darwinist point and laugh at the "Out of Asia" Darwinist and say "Dude! you got church Nazi's backing you.. what does that tell you?" Then you have that oddball thrid party which may be onto something. They think Both sides are right and both sides are wrong. They support the idea that Human Evolution started on a Continent that no longer exists that used to be in between Africa and Asia and connected them both (Lenria or something like that.. I forgot what it was called, but Madagascar is supposed to be what is left of it.) Okay so you have that debate going on.
Also you have another debate over the authenticity of weather or not Neanderthal genome was actually sequenced. It's not getting much press but basically they are saying the same thing about Neanderthal sequence that they are saying about Melba's Sasquatch genome. "Human contamination, degraded DNA samples etc.." A short time ago, the rage was that Neanderthals and humans interbred, now they are saying they didn't. The common thought now (And this changes fast.) is that both modern human and Neanderthal came directly from the same source. (if the DNA was not contaminated and I will get to that next.) When I was in High School they thought modern Human evolved directly from Neanderthal.
They now know that DNA is not set in stone. This is where police forensics (which take an unbiased approach to find the truth) is ahead of the curb over academic genetics (Which are looking for Macro-Evolution with zeal). DNA from living specimens is 99.whatever accurate. But as for DNA from a 20 year old dead specimen, there is a huge problem. The DNA can change significantly due to microbial influence. I do not mean "Contamination" I mean the DNA it's self changes chemically and sometimes several different times. The whole structure of the DNA is altered. Bacteria and fungi can both do this to dead DNA, a virus can do it to living DNA <-- this is one of the Neanderthal arguments. If they then rule out the Neanderthal gnome sequencing because of this, Sykes Human Genome will be next on the chopping block. This may be why he is doing what he is doing.
I am not taking any side on how the Evolutionists argue, just letting it be known what the arguments are aside from human greed of wanting their names on this or that "Great Discovery".
By the way, for the record when I say " I don't believe in Macro-Evolution, does not mean I am against it. I simply look at it the way you true Bigfoot skeptics look at Bigfoot. "Until it is proven, it is just an interesting possibility." I do not look at it as you Naysayers who claim to be skeptics look at it. "Until it is proven, it does not exist." and I am far from a creationist that get so anal retentive that they refuse to acknowledge that there are/were actually other Human species. (They think there is no difference between Neanderthal, Erectis, and Modern Humans)
Basically what I am saying is... "If the opposition can't even get their science straight, why should that effect your own theories?" Hell, this is even if there is no cover-up.
