Bigfooting With Kelly Shaw: Bear Lake Bigfoot Sighting [11/1/2013]
Kelly Shaw and the Rocky Mountain Sasquatch Organization have been updating us on their expeditions for the past month or two. They research reported sighting locations in South Idaho and Northern Utah and then occasionally do squatch research outside of these areas. Here's the latest from Shaw and his team, on the "Bear Lake Bigfoot Sighting":
In this video I show the location of a Bigfoot sighing near Strawberry Springs west of Bear Lake Idaho on my way to scout out several Bigfoot sighting reports in the South Tetons, Wyoming and Idaho.
Jenny and I scouted out this sighting that I discuss in the video a few years ago. The 1st time we scouted out this sighting, we found a 1 acre grove of territorial aspens. The rest of the aspen forest around this grove is normal.
The grove right where the guys camp has dozens of aspens snapped off 7 feet up to 12 feet up. Some of the aspens are also arched over that did not break. Some of the broken aspens are new, some are old and several are in between.
We come back to this territorial grove of aspens several times a year to look for new activity. It seems every year between April and June we do find new snap offs and damage.
It is an incredible display of size and power. I am very impressed every time I come here to study this grove. After seeing the grove, I do believe these two guys and their two hunting dogs were harassed by a bigfoot that night in April they were camped here several years ago.

DeleteI am well aware of Hindu tradition and the accounts of past civilizations, and of the wars, the floating cities in the sky, and the use of nuclear weapons. I believe it was a Graham Hancock book I read that had to do with archaeological sites under the ocean where they have uncovered many signs of ancient civilizations, and the main focus was off the coast of India, where they indeed have uncovered ancient statues and structures under the sea. Hancock also discussed the Yonaguni structure off the coast of Japan, fascinating stuff.
DeleteSo other authors that discuss these topics that I follow are Robert Bauval, David Hatcher Childress, Erich Von Daniken, just to name a few. In discussing civilizations that have come and gone for hundreds of thousands of years Von Daniken has some fascinating theories and interpretations of Sumerian tales, or truth??? So much to discuss, when I get the proper time I will email in length.

Joe it's the Canadian guy if these guys are in a old cut that been logged those bent trees and snap offs there talking about would most likely be from the machines swinging the arm around and knocking of trees at different heights ? The trees will get twisted, bent, and clean breaks I think it's something to consider and also the trees will grow afterward and then break off in a good wind ! My hunting dogs are big mostly Plots, Red bone etc. They're ferocious enough to take bites out of the largest bears, but when encounter a Big foot will run right back to our feet, shaking, whining, with their tail between their legs.
I had to visit my sister recently who lives in a large city. I got bored and took a walk in the woods (behind a Home Depot shopping center. While I was there, I noticed snapped trees, 7 feet high, bent trees, X formations, overturn rocks, I guess by using Kelly's logic, These were all caused by BIG FOOT! LOL!

DeleteI live in Colorado - and used to have a landscaping/tree business. I have sold literally thousands of Aspen trees and planted hundreds of them. They do NOT "easily snap off. In fact that is pretty unusual.

DeleteSkeptics are only repeating theory 1. Theory 1 doesn't explain Zana covered with orangutan-like hair. Sykes' Theory 2 takes into account primitive features and being hair-covered.
Joe I think Sykes' Theory 1 is a softball toss to the skeptics, a warmup, and easy throw, to soften them up, and that Theory 2 is really where Sykes will continue to go with this.
Theory 1 I think is meant to be palatable to the skeptics. Theory 2 though obviously is the one which addresses the primitive wildman/wildwoman attributes.

ReplyDeleteI actually know that area and may have been across that trail scouting for deer before hunting season a couple times.
I also know people that have family that claim to have seen bigfoot the next county south of there.
