1 Million Reddit Points If You Can Figure Out Where This Shoe Came From

M.K. Davis released some photographs from his investigation of the "Swamp Monster". This is what he discovered:
This is a shoe that was used in the 1970's to fake Honey Island Swamp monster tracks. Investigations sometimes turn up the unexpected. - M.K. Davis

The shoe had steel rods in the toes that helped support the weight of the wearer yet left deep and realistic prints. The shoe never touched ground. Here the rod has been removed. - M.K. Davis

Honey Island swamp monster habitat. This is the lower Pearl River down in Louisiana. Does a monster roam there? Well it certainly is possible. The shoe certainly does explain a lot but many of the folks down there say that the shoe was made from an original cast and then used to fake tracks. That may be true but I don't know how that could be confirmed. The area is a place of stunning beauty. Perhaps the legend did grow out of a real encounter before morphing into the shoe and the prints it made. Quien Sabe? - M.K. Davis

  1. The Honey Island monster was fake, same as the Fouke monster is fake. Fake, Fake Fake, all of it Fake. Lies and more lies. Just like Obama did, LIED. Impeach his black ass now, he's ruining the country, with more lies, just like all the big foot stories. Made-up bed time stories told by inbred, toothless hillabilly's!

    1. I have heard of talks to add the likeness of Barack Obama to Mount Rushmore after his term is over.

    1. That was a hurtful, insensitive thing to say. M.K prefers "shitwhistle" or "nobnibbler".

    1. Before him and Mike Sells had that bad trip.

    2. I don't know if MK knew Sells when he was still living, but it's amazing how Sells videos have taken MK in for a ride. It's almost as if MK needed something to work on in his life- and of course he always seems to "leave it you" so he seldom ever actually has to commit to anything.

    3. Somewhere I got the idea Sells and Biscardi and Davis had this big hoax party that got busted up by the Lamar County Sheriff so they move to the Kiamichi wilderness and really hoaxed out up there with lots of vans and drugs prolly.

    4. Probably so- interesting that he moved there.

  7. these hoaxed videos are getting worse and worse. now they put hardly any effort inti it. Why do they bother. The P/G video is still the best one after what 50 yars. If they gave out Oscars, the P/G film is the one and only best Big foot video to date. It's so good, (as compared to hundreds of others) must be REAL!

    1. Compared to just about every other video, it is a lot better. Having said that, it still leaves a lot to be desired. It's hardly a slam dunk.

    2. The award should be called the Munky. It should be made of brass and have a big pair of balls. It should be an endowment from a man name Hoek. Hoek's Munky.

    3. Was Hoeks Munky an old man cause that is an old man shoe right there.

  8. This shoe is from the Honey Island Swamp Monster here in Slidell, LA where I have lived since April 2010.

Trust me, there is absolutely NOTHING around here that goes bump in the night so to speak. Just gators and crawfish. This is the biggest crock of shit story ever told.
