You know what I find is so funny when I go over interviews by these men and hear their side of the story. Is how every time they tell the story things changed in them. Even when they are asked the same questions the answers changed.
However people don't question that to these men when they see them or even seen them in these BF Confreres.
Plus as it was told by Bob Gimlin that he was closer to the Bigfoot then Roger was. However you don't even see Bob Gimlin in the film when they was filming the Bigfoot. So he had to be behind Roger the whole time. Now how can you believe anything these men say when they don't even have their stories right.
I seen it pointed out here when someone said if they film this creature they would have never lost the film like it was told in the story they tell.
Now I know people pointed out things in my research and even other people research on the film. But the facts are no one has seen or done research on the original film. If the film is so real as they claim it to be why not just show the whole film and get it over with. People talks about money then why not go to Miss Patterson and give her the money to show the whole film. Or does the facts show that she don't have the rights to the film. As it was told Roger Patterson sold the film to a movie company. So they are the ones that have the whole film and Miss Patterson only has a part of the film.
Another look at the time frame and their story.
Roger Patterson and Bob Gimlin film this Bigfoot around 2or 3 pm Friday Oct 20, 1967. Note: But the film shows it was film at noon time by the shadows.
Now after they filmed the Bigfoot they looked for their horses and then changed the film and film some more then gone back the the camp site 5 miles from their camp site got the plaster to make the cast prints then gone 5 miles back to the film site and did more filming and making the cast prints and do some testing. Then ride back to the truck then gone into town around 8:30 to 9:30 pm to send out the film and start to tell the story. Now on Saturday Oct. 21, 1967 Al DeAtley gone to Seattle Washington to get the film it was around 10AM and when DeAtley got the film he got it developed and gone back home.
Note: Places that developed this type of film close at noon on Saturdays and that gives DeAtley 2hr. To get the film and find a place to developed the film within that 2hr frame.
Now on Sunday morning Oct22, 1967 Roger Patterson and Al DeAtley with John Green and another man seen the film at DeAtley house. Then on Monday Oct 23, 1967 they gone to BC to show the film and they shown 2 reels of film at 7pm that Monday. They shown the part of the Bigfoot and the film with the tracks and Roger making the cast prints. Now when Roger was ask can they have a copy of the film that shows the tacks and him making the cast prints Roger told them he will give them a copy of it by that Friday. Note: But, as it was told that second reel was lost. But in 1968 frames from that second reel was shown in a magazine. Plus as you know parts of that reel is also shown today all over the net.
As you see by the time line they tell in their story there is no way they can do all of this and get it done with in that time frame. There was talk about 1 reel of film then 2 reels of film then even 3 reels of film. No one really knows how many reels of film they filmed. Even if you read Roger Patterson book he had a camera with him and they did some filming and talk to eyewitness.
Kittalia A. sent us the following questions about Patty, the Bigfoot in the Patterson-Gimlin film. They are all very good questions that we we wish we knew the answers to. We're no "Henry May" and it's times like this that we wish we had his number. Since we don't have Henry around whenever we need him, here are some easy questions for all you Patterson-Gimlin believers to try and answer:
Thanks to Matt Moneymaker for sharing this story with us from a guy named Thomas S. who was camping with some friends near the French Meadows Reservoir in August 2012. This remote, forested basin is located on the American River approximately 58 miles east of Auburn in the Sierra Nevada's. Before his encounter, the man thought Bigfoot "was just for entertainment purposes", but he changed his tune when he ended up with messy drawers that night. "That will teach to goof on our show," says Matt.
Uh Oh. Here we go again, folks. M.K. Davis originally brought up this theory called the "Bluff Creek massacre" theory back in 2008 at a conference. The controversial theory was immediately rejected by the Bigfoot community and Davis was shunned from ever speaking about it again. According to Davis, based on his expert film analysis and color enhancements of frame 352 of the PG film, he theorizes that the Patterson party had been to the Bluff Creek site at least once before returning to capture their famous Bigfoot video. His theory also suggests that the party probably murdered a family of Bigfoots and buried their bodies. Davis points to an enhanced anomaly resembling a bloody dog print and a pool of blood as proof of his theory.
