Sasquatch Ontario (Youtube)

Editor’s Note: This is a guest post by Ontario Wildlife Field Researcher Tim Ervick.  Tim is committed to collecting and investigating reports of Bigfoot/Cougar's and any wildlife anomaly in a scientific manner with the cooperation of the general public, Govt. agencies (MNR) and Police services found in Ontario, Canada. For more information, visit his blog, Ontario Wildlife Field Research.

I wasn't going to comment on Mike P and his alleged video's of vocalizations and assorted nonsense but since no-one else in Ontario is, I will.

First off he has no connection to Ontario Wildlife Field Research run by myself and no connection to Ontario Bigfoot or Ontario Sasquatch groups. These are well established groups that would never endorse or knowingly participate in such an obvious hoax.

  3. The Sasquatch Ontario vocals are hard to believe (although they do sound like my friend Fox at times), but what continues to be the most absurd article presented was the claimed dermal ridges in the BF handprint on Mike P's car. It is so obvious that the ridges were created with a heavy denim fabric that it's hard to fathom how he was stupid enough to try to pass it off as real.

    3. Why would he go to all that effort? To laugh at people? The jokes on him really, pitches a tent, walks in the snow, ties sticks up and more, haha, then films it all. Pathetic life. Whats he gaining?

  5. Few footers believe that Ontario sounds crap, yet harassing skeptics like to attach the whole bigfoot community to a very small minority...it's much like Bloomberg and Biden putting the actions of a couple gunmen onto 80. Million + legal and responsible gun owners. There you have it, skeptics are no more than Nanny Bloomberg and his lackey thugs.

    Ways to identify a footer:
    1. Fat
    2. Lives with parents
    3. Uses the word "skeptard"
    4. Cuts down people with mom references. (obviously the cut downs are as old as the PGF man in a suit film)
    5. Doesn't realize there is no such thing as a magic monkey running around in the woods of North America
    6. Can barely hold a job
    7. Secretly reads Rick Dyer's site
    8. Masturbates to Melba's Possum DNA paper
    9. Tries to first on blog, like a retarded five year old
    10. Is just a plain moron for still trying to find something as relevant to existence as the tooth fairy
    11. Doesn't realize that there are HD cameras today and the pictures they analyze are intentionally blurry because they are fake.
    12. Dumb as a box of rocks
    13. Might say this is too much reading

    5. Joe, I am not convinced about Bigfoot. I have had correspondence with Meldrum, Krantz several times when he was alive, and Robert W.Morgan who frankly was very kind despite my disrespectful attitude at the time. I lived down the road from Mike Rugg's museum, and had a membership at one time. I have a modest collection of casts and have read many, many books on the subject. I find the possibility intriguing, but am unable to say I believe, only that I'd love it if there was a huge discovery that proved it once and for all. Technically, you'd have to call me a skeptic. I am neither scared, stupid, or making excuses.

    6. Hello bro.
      I think you need to probably look at the wider resources enthusiasts have to base a belief system on. Have you come across anything by the following;
      *Bill Munns
      *Jimmy Chilcutt
      *Harvey Pratt
      *David Paulides
      *Jim Vieira
      *Scott Nelson
      *John Bindenagle
... Give those guys a look on YouTube and drop me a comment on what you think. I have more sources if you like, but give those a look, if you haven't seen them already of course.
      Nice one bro.
      Joe.

    7. PS. I know all skeptics aren't 'scared'... That was my attempt at a little wit to counter what I actually thought was quite a funny post! If all skeptical thinkers weren't rude and as civilised as yourself; then this site would actually benefit from skeptical debate. Unfortunately they troll this site with nonsense way too often.
      Peace.
      Joe.

    10. Hey Again Joe...

Thanks for a civil reply. I'm really more interested in discussion than mudslinging. Of course I have followed Munn's research since its inception, and am sad I missed his appearance at Bigfoot Days. I have Paulides' Bigfoot books. Only two names on that list I am not familiar with. I think like most of us, the first time a saw the PGF as a kid it grabbed me and never really let go. Later in life I went to art college and eventually studied zoological anatomy in addition to human anatomy. I have worked as both a sculptor and illustrator, including numerous paleo life restorations. As a consequence of having very good anatomical knowledge, the films subtle details are not lost on me. Nonetheless, I agree with Rene Dahinden when he said the longer we go without a discovery, the less likely it exists. I forgot to mention an interesting email exchange with Bindernagel who was quite gracious.

    11. Please remember, and I use this example a lot... It took researchers 60 year to find the panda, and they practically gave up after the initial 30. It was only the stumbling upon a panda skin in a Buddhist temple that sparked off the last 30. Science is starting to ask the questions now so just hang on in there. I would like for you to check out some Jim Vieira and let me know what you think.
It's late in the UK so I'm gonna call it a night. Hope to talk with you again and pick your brains a little more about those exchanges with those great names.
      Peace bro.
      Joe.

  7. Ontario Bigfoot is actually a cryptozoology group. They seem pretty conservative and honest. Its a shame that those hoaxing cheeseballs muddied the waters(probably intentionally) thus compelling them to clarify matters....The hoaxing and zaniness can be funny but intentionally trying to latch on to another group(especially when hoaxing) is sleazy...

  8. Sasquatch Ontario is the real deal! Even Stevie Wonder can see that.

As a general rule of thumb, the best evidence attracts the greatest amount of criticism. This is because the paid scoftics optimize their time by attacking the evidence cornerstones. And because the jealous Bigfoot believers want to keep the decks clear so that there is room for themselves to "be somebody" in Bigfoot research. Historically, all you need to call youself an expert in Bigfoot research, IS AN INTERNET CONNECTION. Some have raised the expert bar by building a website and interviewing other equally inept pretenders. But none of the above has anything to do with successfully contributing to actual Bigfoot research. Contrary to common belief, the casting of genuine Bigfoot footprints and $10, will buy you a cup of coffee at Starbucks that everyone else pays $3.59 for. Casting prints does not make you an authority on anything. Nor does attending an expedition.

The BFRO has set that ethical standard by openingly attacking all non-BFRO researchers on the Finding Bigfoot TV series. But it didn't start there. It started when the BFRO controlled Bigfootforums.com because then all of the moderators were BFRO. Then, they banned everybody that they saw as a threat to their control of Bigfoot research. Today, we are just on a new chapter of the same ongoing "blind leading the blind" pursuit, that is overwhelmed with disfunctional unjust critism type behavior.

  9. I have a huge issue with anonymous alleged researchers telling us to believe them when they don't even have the courage to show a face or even a real name. If they truly have the "Proof" they shouldn't have any problem backing it up with a real name and a face.
