Listen to this dispatcher in Somerset, PA talk about some possible "Bigfoot evidence" by a man who claims to have found "proof of Bigfoot." So far, it's unclear whether the rumored report of a body was imagined or real, but according to the Pennsylvania Bigfoot Society, it's possible the ham radio operator could have mistakenly heard certain details about the Bigfoot activity in the area and misconstrued it as having to do with a shooting of a Bigfoot. The police department also denying anything about a "Bigfoot body". Conspiracy? Listen and decide for self:

[Begin Transmission] “Dispatcher: Did you have a Mr. ###### at ## Spruce Street?” Police officer: “Negative.” Dispatcher: “He called the 911 call center advising he called the state game commission and no one has returned his calls and he is requesting an officer to his house as he has proof of Bigfoot.” Police Officer: “Bigfoot, Right?” Dispatcher: “Affirmative, he wants an officer to come to his residence.” “Apparently he has proof of Bigfoot.” Police Officer: reply was unintelligible.       I agree. This is clearly a bear track. I have seen sasquatch tracks, I have killed bear with bow and arrow. Bear tracks are easily misidentified for human tracks if you do not pay close attention. This one is obvious.

    I do believe that bigfoot exists . All it takes is one real sighting and there's been many credible accounts from credible witnesses . Having said that there is also a ton of hoaxers and B.S ers outthere that it's hard to keep track of and it doesn't seem to be stopping.

      I do not believe this person hoaxed. (In all probabality they didn't). They are simply not woods wise and mistook a bear track for a large human/sasquatch track and then jumped to a conclusion. A hoaxer wouldn't call law enforcement and have them respond to their residence.

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. This story was so disturbing and so shocking that nobody believed it at the time. It was the Robert Lindsay " Bear Hunter: Two Bigfoots Shot and DNA Samples Taken " story of the time. And like Robert's Bear Hunter story , this witness didn't have a name. The only thing known about the witness is that this person was a government employee, anonymous of course. The author of the story was a science teacher named Thom Powell who believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up. Powell said the anonymous government employee alerted the BFRO about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns".
