Ketchum's Publicist Selling Copies of Patterson-Gimlin Film For $17,500 (or 117 Rick Dyer Gold Membership Valued at $150 Each)
Robin has got be the worst publicist on the planet. My mind hurts just trying to read through her Ebay item description. Apparently, she's selling first generation copies of the Patterson-Gimlin film for "$17,5000"? We're not sure. Try to see if you can decipher this text from Robin Lynn Forest People:
This is Robin : Patterson/Gimlin films. Those films each oneby approximate for 10 minutes brought to Russia by Rene Dahinden in December1971 and left to Igor for the financial assistance given him for his trip andfor arranging it. Both are the first copies of the Ektachrome films, made with using of the first copies of Patterson films, and they are second generationcopies.
One is the Patterson Patty footage's copy with several stopstills and slow motion of the creature in it - since its beginning to the end.
Another one shows howP&G are moving horseback to the film site and after how they see thefootprints, make the casts of them and show the casts themselves.
This film also shows Jim MacClarin walking along Patty's wayon the film site.
These are of goodquality, they were just projected several times thru the film projector whileshowing together with Rene to the specialists for investigation.. is a 16 mm film

DeleteYes it was translated from Russia. The actual Patterson/Gimln film didnt not have all the footage. There are only two copies of the film with extra foot ever made. (besides the original) This is one of the copies. It is on the original 16 mm film reels. It has alot of extra footage of patty that nobody has seen before. Also there is another film that goes with it . It shows casts of prints being made among other things. We have had it looked at and been told it is great quality. The only other copy was purchased for 30,000 dollars. That purchase only hade one film. We are offering the other extra footage as to keep te set together. It is also offered much cheaper than the other was sold. Please feel free to ask any questions.
