Rev. Jeff Reviews Night Claws (2012) Movie

From reverend Jeff: "A small town is being terrorized by a killer Bigfoot. One that is blood thirsty, vicious and kills without warning and without discrimination. A scientist by the name of Sarah Evans shows up to help the town's sheriff and his deputy girlfriend Roberta hunt this thing down and put an end to the killings. At the same time,A Hunter named Crawford is a thug-like character who along with his two henchmen, is hunting the creature himself, for his own personal gain and he does not care who he has to go through to accomplish this."

  4. I directed a well-regarded Bigfoot film in 2005. It was released theatrically as The Unknown, and later on DVD as CLAWED: the Legend of Sasquatch.

As far as realism and quality goes, Night Claws pales in comparison to my film. I am not amused at its audacious attempt to ride my film's coattails to success by aping (if you'll excuse the pun) its title.

I suggest you blackball Night Claws, and wait for my next film BABY BIGFOOT: SMALLFOOT. This film will be simultaneously released theatrically (in the tiny, but powerful Philippine market) and for home enjoyment on DVD at Redbox.

    4. Karl Kozak, or what's your real name anyway. I created 'Night Claws' from the very beginning and I'm quite amused by the comment you made here. If 'Clawed' is well regarded 'bigfoot horror movie' then where 2.7 imdb rating came from? I did liked 'Unknown' as a film but aside from having Jack Conley in the cast, there was nothing impressive about it when it comes to quality. 'Night Claws' is kitschy because it was supposed to look kitschy. Simply because it pays a homage to old, low budget horror movies from 80's. I never had any interest in making film like 'Unknown' and for sure I wouldn't use It's crappy, boring title. If you would be real director of the movie, you would know that titles are changed all the times by the distributors. I suggest you to actually spent the few bucks on promotion of your movie instead of trying to convince people to not watch other films.
