Breaking: Cowboy Finds Unidentified Giant Skull, Not Ruling Out Bigfoot, Goatman, Jersey Devil, Chupacabra, or Giant Lemur

Our Matt Moneymaker Tweeter feed was flooded today with people trying to figure out what this giant mystery skull belongs to. This was recently discovered by a cowboy who owns cattle and knows what cow skulls look like and he says it's not a cow skull. A survey team in Texas is currently asking the BFRO to help ID the skull type. Though it is twice the size of a human skull, Moneymaker says "it's not a human, or a Bigfoot, nor common animal."

If you're thinking this is a Bigfoot skull, Moneymaker is pretty sure it isn't. He writes, "It is DEFINITELY NOT A BIGFOOT SKULL. The only relationship w/ BF is that finders have asked bigfooters to identify it for them."

Here's the full resolution images of the skeleton:

Moneymaker compares the mystery skull above to the shape of a female cow's skull: "The closest skull shape to the mystery skull is a female cow (http://goo.gl/3zOES ) but the eye socket has a very different orientation..."

    3. Yes Les hitler did have a great fondness for the occult. but that doesn't elevate him to magi super hero status. I can guarantee my Jewish grandmother would disagree with you that he did humanity the biggest favor ever. But it's ok to feel that way if that's your role model we all need one.

    1. He is a brilliant man. I think he's the nicest looking most intelligent magnificent specimen of a man the Bigfoot Community has ever had. What a guy, he's got it all. He is now working on projects for N A S A as well as security Hardware for the secret service. The U S and her allies would be lost without MATTHEW MONEYMAKER. We should all be honored he makes the time for our entertainment at such meager rates. He's a saint.

  13. female moose perhaps, the dirt in front of the skull looks disturbed, as if someone lobbed off the front of the nose section of the skull, it could also be a young calf moose. perhaps a cow skull as someone stated, but once again the dirt directly in front of the skull kind of looks like someone hacked off that part of the skull to give this false snub nose. even though you can clearly see in the photo's that that section of the nose has been removed either eaten by animals or once again, hacked off by hatchet or whatever object that left the marking in the dirt directly in front of the skull. perhaps a white tailed doe?

    -not a horse
    -not a cow
-not a wild boar or a sow
    -it's not cougar
    -it's not a goat
-it's not a turtle or an ice cream float
    -it's defiantly not a dog
    -it's defiantly not a cat
-it's defiantly not an ostrich or a monkey or a rat.

    I give up.

    1. Disregard the cow portion of my comment, but the skull looks similar to pig skulls without the snout.

  23. Cows have lower teeth, otherwise they couldn't chew their cud. Cows don't have upper teeth in the front, just like deer.

Matt M. is incorrect, the eye sockets are not oriented differently. They are oriented the same. The photographs are oriented differently (shot at different angles). The "mystery" skull is shoved into the ground at an angle, obscuring the view of the snout and causing the eye sockets look as if they are more pronounced and angled more forward.
