Holy Sh*t! This buck ripped another buck's head off!

WTF?! STFU?! Dude... How the hell did this buck manage to twist off another buck's head like this? This game cam photo was recently submitted to Cuddeback.com by Earl Fisher from Tulsa, OK and made "Photo of the week". Walt Larsen, an editor for Outdoor Writer, writes:

"Winner takes all" takes on a whole new meaning here. Earl reports these regular visitors disappeared on December 8th with the winner returning eight days later, very hungry. One can only conclude that it took that long for the other deer to die and for the winner to sever its neck using hooves. I can't imagine how much effort that takes!

  10. its likely that after the loser died, coyotes ate the dead deer.

    ReplyDelete
  11. To explain what happened, some farmers or hunters likely took a hack saw to the dead deer's head.

The living deer probably then ran off.

Again, what a "soft" society we live in. The Whitetail deer is likely approaching the size of a horse. You wouldn't get hurt over a wild animal.

But you wouldn't know that behind your Metro Sexualized life.

Actually I heard a brainwashed public schooled 18 year old once say that she wanted to save a deer in the mud and water.

You could die doing such a stupid thing.

    3. size of a horse ? R U fucking retarded ?
why would they cut the head off when they could easily cut the horns off, your one dumb mother fucker.
this happens, the deer get their horns locked
and one breaks it's neck in the struggle,
and the other one twist the head off,buy walking in circles and pawing at it. more times than not they would both die.

    4. Umm, let me guess 11:40 you are a hunter and your idolize Justin Smeja?

      Ok, got it.

Of course some of these big bodied deer are huge.

You my friend have never been near one.

Also, have you tried cutting a shed antler.

They are called antlers not horns.

"Did you see the horns on that deer?"

Shows that you are as you tried to describe me.

    5. 11:40, you are one stupid son of a bitch. Pawing at it ? How about the deer being dead prior and scavenged to the point that was all that was left and another buck in rut came upon it? Or its head was cut off by a hunter and the same thing happened I mentioned earlier. Fucking deer do NOT rip other deer heads off. Moron!

      This shit is fake anyway.

    6. world record deer is 440 lbs, not even half the the size of a horse, Cut many horns or antlers off (called both all the time), it takes about 2 minutes, I shot trophy whitetail in Canada, over 300 lbs, and here is another example that this happens.

  13. I don't think the head is ripped of. It's still attached and they are still fighting. It's the angle of view from which the photo was taken which ins misleading.
Looking closely you can still see the legs of the deer right under it's "severed" head....
