The Wisdom of Guy Edwards - 5 Stages of a "Big" Bigfoot Announcement

Those which follow the Bigfoot enigma have to learn right away to be disappointed. In this search to find the true evidence on Bigfoot, the first rule you must learn is great claims require even greater undeniable proof. We have seen in 2012 several claims of a captured Bigfoot, whether dead or alive as the supposed team Quantra who Ed Smith, an avid and trusted poster in the MABRC forums, mistakenly received a coded message; “we have Daisy in a box” and released.

So here we are now, D.W. Lee has posted for us to be patient, but does the Bigfoot community knowers, believers and skeptics really have the patience to believe every single claim by groups which usually work in a cloak and dagger super double secret operations? When did the Bigfoot world become a culture based on quasi government majestic 12 operations?

When I began searching for answers on the possibility of Bigfoot existence, my hopes as young man grew at every moment I found an article or legend on the Big Guy. Documentaries would fill my weekends when I would get a chance to see what I wanted in a house full of 8 brothers and sisters. I looked at every piece of evidence I could find and believed my fantastical ideas of Bigfoot would one day become a reality and I would be like Jane Goodall, interacting with a species that could possibly be the closes relatives to humans.

Yet, my good friend and respect member of the Bigfoot community Guy Edwards in one of the Podcast of Extinct created by www.thebigfootreport.com creator, Ro Sahebi, made a very true resounding message about “BIG” Bigfoot announcements and the 5 stages which could be applied to them.

• Number 1: The Announcement
• Number 2: Defensiveness or Attack of Critics
• Number 3: Postponement of Evidence
• Number 4: Postponement of Evidence Again
• Number 5: Claim, you are a Victim of a Hoax

Now thus this apply to every “Big” Bigfoot announcement… no… but for whatever reason the points made by Guy Edwards do apply in some way or another to the many groups or individuals that have made claims to having undeniable proof of Bigfoot’s existence. We have seen the patterns which have run amuck in this community and has generated a backlash of negative media and the many jokes and ridicule this research receive on a daily basis. So can we truly have patience, can we truly give leeway to those making these claims or is it really that difficult to show undeniable proof that what you have is the real deal?

What is the correct way to show the true undisputable evidence of Bigfoot? Is it video and photography properly documented and in a controlled way released to the masses? So many questions could be added, but today we are ending 2012 with a new claim of a supposed captured female Bigfoot code named Daisy. So once again we all wait, we all hope that maybe we will not be let down once again and be disappointed by those we follow at times patiently, waiting for the truth on Bigfoot to be revealed.
