South Lake Tahoe Bigfoot?

The blog, Sierra Tahoe Bigfoot Research, just posted an awesome photograph of an alleged Bigfoot from a woman named "Lisa". The photo was taken back in November 2009 during a scenic road trip near South Lake Tahoe, CA.

According to Lisa, she took her family out for a drive that day and noticed a "big black something" that looked like a bear or a tree stump. "I thought maybe a bear, dead stump or log so I took the photo zoomed in a bit to capture the shot I wanted of the mountain and pond, trees, then I lowered my camera," Lisa said. Lisa was unable to get a clear shot of the creature because the it was gone before she could zoom into it.

    It's obviously a plastic bag blowing in the wind.

    This looks like a bear. If you took this photo to 100 random people and asked them what this is, you'd likely get 100 people saying it's a bear.

    This is another useless piece of bigfoot "evidence."

      you mentioned a parking lot at the top of road.What was the parking lot of? I am trying to pinpoint where photo was taken. -having trouble locating south lake road.

    it looks like south lake road is off of hwy 168 to west of Bishop,CA. -about 130 miles south of South Lake Tahoe.

BREAKING: Finding Bigfoot Production Company Seeks Filming Permit In Virginia

Rumors abound on whether or not Finding Bigfoot will continue, but hopeful news is on the horizon. Snake Oil Productions, the production company responsible for Finding Bigfoot, is seeking a permit for filming in the Monterey, Virginia area. Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. We can only speculate if this means Finding Bigfoot has been signed on for additional seasons, or if perhaps a new bigfoot show is in the works. We'll keep you updated on any further announcements for sure.
