Sad news for Indigenous tribes in Brazil, Female President Dilma Ok’s Construction of Dam and Hydroelectric Plant in an Area of the already devastated Brazilian Rainforest

You can join his Facebook group, Sasquatch Lives?.In what seemed to be sad tidings for one tribe of indigenous people in Brazil, the chief of the Kayap tribe can be seen above crying after a plea to stop the construction of the dam that would flood possibly 40,000 acres of rainforest was agreed upon to be constructed by the president and government of Brazil. The rainforest of Brazil has already been decimated by unregulated foresting of it natural resources which have caused the extinction of needed habitat for many species and possibly some undiscovered species.
The news caused an uproar on Facebook with people from all over the world urging the Brazilian government to stop the construction which would also displace many of the ingenious tribes from land that many feel rightly belongs to them. Many scientist, activist and organizations to the protect the rainforest and the indigenous people of brazil believe the effects to the environment is not being taken in consideration and is not the priority of the Brazilian government, who only sees the dam and the hydroelectric plant as a means to satisfy the status quo interest and other outside investors, which sole interest is to make money from it construction and production of electricity.
Sadly the looser here are the indigenous tribes, who say the land should be protect and understand so much will be lost, not only the forest and the species of animals which live in them, but also their homes and cultures will be lost. With nowhere to go the indigenous people of the Brazilian forest while have to move and be consumed by the cities in Brazil, the traditions of their ancestor and heritage lost and forgotten forever.
Tragic.

So a 40000 acre lake is 0.002% of Brazil's land mass or 0.04% of the rain forest so this lake is a tiny fraction of the country which needs electricity very badly and since the environmentalists hate coal and nuclear power what is a country to do? It will have a lot less impact than any thing else and they will have prime lake front property soon. They need to look at the bright side.
