This video has no back story-- absolutely none. The description reads, "No description available". Just a dog, a dark figure and some whistling. The title of the video says "Possible bigfoot encounter in slovenija (EUROPE)", and that's about it. One commenter posted this about the video:
There are not Bigfoots in Slovenija. I live in North East Italy, not far from Slovenija, and I never heard about bigfoot sightings in that country or in Italy. Maybe there was Bigfoots some centuries ago in these countries, there are many legends about the "Uomini Silvani", the Sylvanic Men, big and hairy wildmen who lived in the forests on the mountains, especially in Venetia and Sardinia, but now they are extinct.

Looks to human, the dog just trotted back, didn't even bark,any animal encountering another animal, will leave in the opposite direction of the approaching animal, 99% of the time.

Squat behind a stump, then when I say go, get up and walk sideways so there's no mistaking it is a humanoid. But don't look at the camera, because your mask looks dumb. Pretend to have a purpose while walking, even tough you don't. This one was funny, once the dog realized it was buddy Hank, it says oh well and meanders back to dad with the camera. The fakefoot yells like an animal, but sounds like a disappointed Laker's fan! At least they had the good sense to make the legs taper, instead of the stove pipe costume legs most people go with.

It has a unique place in the reporting of bigfoot topics and can either continue down the current road it seems to be taking or become a genuine source of informative reporting and intelligent discourse.
ReplyDeleteIts fine to have the odd piece of fluff but it needs to be labelled as such. I feel the opportunity to contribute to this topic is being squandered. It would be a shame to essentially throw away a unique melting pot of information and discussion.
There is also a lot of postings which are simply designed to be inflammatory and hateful and a bit of moderation would not go amiss. These type of posts only further detract from any credibility this site might have.
