"Impressive" Photographs of Two Bigfoots From Pine Ridge Indian Reservation Surfacing

Silver Star Photo from November 2005
"Detail level comparable to Silver Star photos"
- Matt Moneymaker

A man named "Shorty" purportedly has an "impressive" photo of two Bigfoots taken on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation. For right now, he's only showing it to people in person. According to Matt Moneymaker, the detail level is comparable to the Silver Star photos from southern Washington. "I think he'll release (license) it someday so everyone can see. He is reluctant right now. Bobo will try to talk sense into him," he wrote.

Matt Moneymaker today on Twitter:

A dude named Shorty on the Pine Ridge Indn Rez has a photo that he doesnt want to make public. Detail level comparable to Silver Star photos
...
Shorty will show you the photo in person if you know him already. Dont expect much detail in the photo, still impressive cuz it shows 2 BFs.
...
@Marcbuscus I think he'll release (license) it someday so everyone can see. He is reluctant right now. Bobo will try to talk sense into him.

If the photo is as impressive as the snowy peak Silver Star Photos, this could be a big deal. We have no doubt the producers of Finding Bigfoot are already talking to "Shorty" about featuring it on Animal Planet.

If you remember anything about the Silver Star photos, it was investigated on the first season of Finding Bigfoot. It's a series of photos taken back in November 2005, just outside of Yacolt, WA. A backpacker said he took the following photographs on Silver Star Mountain in Gifford Pinchot National Forest as the creature was moving away. The clarity of the shots is nowhere near Patty, but the images are clearer than any frames in most purported Bigfoot footage. The shape, the location and the circumstances, make the photos interesting enough to release publicly.

The backpacker, Randee posted his account on Coast to Coast AM Radio:
On November 17, 2005, I was looking to the south from the summit of Silver Star Mountain. On the ridge across from me I saw something I thought looked a little strange, so I got out my camera and took some pictures. Right after I took the first shot it moved or stood up, and I took another picture. It then moved toward the south, away from me. I had to readjust because the wind was so strong, and it was difficult to move because the snow was waist deep. I got closer to a rock to steady myself and took another picture. By then it was moving down the hill. I don't think it was another backpacker or snowshoer.

  1. we finally have the evidence we need, go team!!

  2. Tell him to take his photos and stick them up his ass. If they're comparable to the man photographed walking on Silver Star mountain they're worthless.

    1. With that lack of detail, even if not a hoax it may be worthless. Ambiguous evidence does nothing to increase knowledge on the subject (or any other). Perhaps this one may provide scale inferences, anatomical proportions or coloration.

On another note, imagine the excitement such a photographer might have felt if they thought they were capturing something genuinely unknown. What would YOU do with the photo(s)?

  5. Hey I have some photographs, I took with my crappy digital camera of a guy in full snow gear three ridges away, too! I'll only show them to you in person if I already know you though...what a crock of sh*t!

  6. The silver star photos suck weener, but I think they very well could be the real deal.

    1. Your mom very well could be the real deal. The only thing those photos prove is that cameras exit.

    2. If a person already thinks bigfoots exist, there is nothing illogical about thinking a photo might show a bigfoot. Looking at a photo to see if it can be used as evidence is a different ballgame. The latter is the only approach a person who is undecided can take, but a believer has 2 ways of looking at a photo.

    3. That's a very misleading statement almost to the point that I wonder if it isn't intentionally misleading. You are correct in that it is not, in and of itself, illogical to believe that a photograph might show a Bigfoot if you believe in Bigfoot. However it is illogical to believe in Bigfoot in the first place, so while the specific logical operation to which you are referring is not fallacious, the overall operation is false because it’s premise is false. Remember, logic cannot tell you that something is true, it can only tell you if your conclusion follows your premise. Your logic can be sound and your answer still wrong if your premise was incorrect.

    4. If you look at the Silver Star photo - look at the left wrist....you can see the sleeves cuff...so it is someone in a coat. nothing squatchy here

    5. NO, I refuse to look at the left wrist. I am already committed to it being Bigfoot and that's all there is to it.

    6. 4:10- Basically you are saying the logic is fine so it superficially makes it seem like the axiom is valid. I agree, but was not intentionally trying to mislead.
