Finding Bigfoot Town Hall Meeting Coming To Waterbury CT In October [Season 4]

Finding Bigfoot TV producers have sent out notices to media publishers in the Waterbury CT area about a "Town Hall" meeting in October. The exact date is unknown at this point, but the producers are looking for witnesses to come out and share their Bigfoot stories.

On Tuesday, John Murray, an editor for the Waterbury Observer wrote the following:

True story. As I was finishing production of the September issue of the Waterbury Observer I checked my e-mails one last time to see if anything new had rolled in. And indeed there was something new, and it was big. A producer for Animal Planet's TV show "Finding Bigfoot" wrote that the show was coming to Waterbury to film an episode, and they are looking for advance press to draw out any eyewitnesses who have actually seen Bigfoot, and would be willing to come to a "Town Hall" meeting in October to share their story.

Animal Planets "Finding Bigfoot" is coming to town. If you have any experiences you would like to share, or if you would like information about the "Town Hall" Meeting, please send an email to bigfoot.connecticut@gmail.com

      Yeah, I don't really understand their reason for choosing Waterbury. Probably because it is central to the state and they wanted to attract as many people as possible. Their best chance of finding anything is going upstate.

Rumors abound on whether or not Finding Bigfoot will continue, but hopeful news is on the horizon. Snake Oil Productions, the production company responsible for Finding Bigfoot, is seeking a permit for filming in the Monterey, Virginia area. Monterey lies between the Monongahela and George Washington National Forests. Definitely a good place to look for bigfoot. Bigfoot injured by a forest fire was taken away and hidden by the authorities, not even Robert Lindsay can top this story

This story was circulating the internet way back in 2004, or maybe as far back as 1999. Back when everybody was on 56k dial-up modems and a "Facebook" was just a regular book with directory listing of names and headshots. This story was so disturbing and so shocking that nobody believed it at the time. It was the Robert Lindsay " Bear Hunter: Two Bigfoots Shot and DNA Samples Taken " story of the time. And like Robert's Bear Hunter story , this witness didn't have a name. The only thing known about the witness is that this person was a government employee, anonymous of course. The author of the story was a science teacher named Thom Powell who believe it really happened and that the whole story was an elaborate cover-up. Powell said the anonymous government employee alerted the BFRO about a 7.5 feet long/tall burn victim with "multiple burns on hands, feet, legs and body; some 2nd and 3rd degree burns".
